I. The Value of Membership
- Access and use of all NuvoDesk Common Areas, including Common Area Kitchen, Common Area Dining Area, Common Lounge Area, Common Shared Desk Area, Wellness Room, Phone Booths, and Collaboration Areas
- Regular maintenance and attention of the Common Areas and Private Office Areas
- Heat and air-conditioning throughout the NuvoDesk Common Areas and Private Office Areas
- Electricity in the NuvoDesk Common Areas and Private Office Areas
- Furnishings for Private Offices
- Use of Common Area Kitchen and Complimentary Beverages made available to our members and their guests
- Access to and use of our Wireless and Hard-Wired Internet for Members and their Guests
- Access to Printing, Copying & Scanning Services for Members and their Guests; for an additional fee
- Access to our variety of Conference Rooms and Event Space; subject to availability and prior reservation of the space

II. Our Reserved Rights
A. Private Office NuvoDesk Access
We are entitled to access your Office Space, with or without notice, for safety or emergency purposes, or for any other purposes. We may temporarily move furnishings contained in your Office Space. We reserve the right to alter or relocate your Office Space, provided that we will not do so in a manner that substantially decreases the square footage of your assigned Office Space or related amenities.
B. Video Surveillance
NuvoDesk may conduct video surveillance of any portion of its premises at any given time, with the exception being private restrooms. The video cameras will be positioned in appropriate areas within and around the NuvoDesk building and used to promote the safety and security of all Members and Property. You must consent to such video surveillance to be a Member or an Event Client.
III. Membership Policies
A. Community Member Policy
As a Community Member you do not have access to the value of membership, building, amenities or services provided until and unless you upgrade your membership to Virtual Mail, Shared Desk, Dedicated Desk or Private Office. A Community Member can have access for a day at a time as a Day Pass, however this is only an option within normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
If a member is caught violating the Community Member Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Community Member Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in future access to the building being revoked.
B. Day Pass Policy
As a Day Pass Member you only have access to the building, amenities and common areas on the date of your Day Pass, until and unless you upgrade your membership to a Shared Desk, Dedicated Desk or Private Office.
Day Pass memberships are only able to be used within normal, posted NuvoDesk business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. A Day Pass can have access only for the date purchased as a Day Pass, if additional days and time is required for a Day Pass membership they will need to purchase an additional Day Pass or upgrade their membership to Shared Desk, Dedicated Desk or Private Office. Day Passes are non transferable between members and memberships.
Members are able to purchase a Day Pass for their Guests at any time by contacting our NuvoDesk Front Office staff at office@nuvodesk.com. Members must purchase a Day Pass for any guests that are with them longer than 4 hours from their time of check in at the front desk. If a member is discovered to have a guest with them for an extended period of time, please contact the Front Desk for options on how to best accommodate your guest during their stay at NuvoDesk Coworking.
If a member is caught violating the Day Pass Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Day Pass Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in future access to the building being revoked.
C. Virtual Mail Membership Policy
Virtual Mail is able to be a membership alone, or it can be added onto a Shared Desk membership. For each office space Virtual Mail will be included in the price of membership.
Each Virtual Mailbox is only able to be used with one business name, in order to receive mail for an additional business an additional Virtual Mail ID will need to be assigned for each Business Entity.
Each DBA requires its own mailbox. Instead of using add-ons, every DBA must now secure an individual mailbox at a starting rate of $29.99 per month. You can explore our plans on virtualservices.nuvodesk.com. If a member wishes to receive mail under a DBA name, it's essential that NuvoDesk has a copy of their Texas Assumed Name Certificate for that particular DBA before attaching it to their Virtual Mail ID.
NuvoDesk offers mail and package receiving services for Virtual Mail members. Packages must be collected within 5 days of delivery. Otherwise, a holding fee of $5 per day for each package will apply. Additionally, package storage fees range from $1 to $3 per pound/kilogram, based on the membership type.
For all mail received the correct Mail ID must be used, without the correct address the mail will be marked as “Undeliverable Commercial Mail Receiving Agency. No Authorization to Receive Mail for this Addressee”. You will receive an email notifying you of this for each piece of mail that is incorrectly addressed, with a friendly reminder of how your address needs to work.
Mail Forwarding
At NuvoDesk, we understand the importance of staying connected no matter where you are. That's why we offer mail forwarding services to ensure your crucial documents and correspondence reach you promptly. Starting at just $10 per item forwarded, our service guarantees timely and accurate forwarding. Please note that the cost of postage will be additional to the forwarding fee. Whether you're traveling, relocating, or simply prefer to have your mail sent to a different address, we've got you covered.
Payment for postage will be charged to your account for all mail being forwarded on the day that the mail is forwarded. You will receive an email detailing how many pieces of mail and where the mail is being forwarded to, any changes in the forwarding address need to be made with a minimum of 1 week notice to the frequency of mail forwarding to office@nuvodesk.com.
The schedule of Mail Forwarding for Virtual Mail is as follows, with any changes for the date if it falls on a weekend or holiday will be adjusted to the closest Business Day.
- Monthly: 1st of the month
- Bi-weekly: 1st or the 15th of the month
- Weekly: Every Friday
- Daily: Every Business Day
Virtual Mail Members may use the address of NuvoDesk Coworking as his/her/its business address and agrees to make the address format for your business the following:

In the case of NuvoDesk Coworking, & its partners forwarding mail for the Member, NuvoDesk Coworking, will not be responsible for any delay or loss of mail during the forwarding process. NuvoDesk Coworking, will not accept any items exceeding 15 lbs in weight or if it contains any dangerous, live or perishable goods and shall be entitled in its absolute discretion to return uncollected items or refuse to accept any quantity of items it considers unreasonable or unlawful.
NuvoDesk Coworking, does not guarantee or assume responsibility for any of the services hereunder.
The Member warrants that it will not use any of the rights granted in this Agreement for any obscene, illegal, immoral or defamatory purposes and will not in any way bring NuvoDesk Coworking into disrepute.
D. Shared Desk Policy
As a Shared Desk Member you only have access to the building, amenities and common areas with an active membership, until and unless you upgrade your membership to a Dedicated Desk or Private Office as a member you are not allowed to be in the Dedicated Desk offices or a Private Office without the tenant of that office present.
For the Shared Desk membership options there is no Conference Room time allotted every month, unless it has the Conference Room Package option added on, which includes Unlimited Conference Room time for every month that the member’s membership is set at the Deluxe Shared Desk tier.
For the Shared Desk membership options there is no Production Room (Video Production Room or Podcast Room) time allotted every month, unless it has the Production Package option added on, which includes access to the Production Rooms for every month that the member’s membership is set at the Deluxe Shared Desk tier.
As a Shared Desk member you are entitled to access of all NuvoDesk Common Areas, including the NuvoDesk Common Lounge Area, NuvoDesk Common Dining Area, NuvoDesk Common Kitchen Area, NuvoDesk Common Lounge Area, NuvoDesk Common Shared Desk Area, NuvoDesk Phone Booths, NuvoDesk Collaboration Areas, and the NuvoDesk Wellness Room.
The Business Shared Desk membership is only allowed access during NuvoDesk normal business hours. If a member would like to gain additional access they will need to upgrade their membership to at minimum a Standard Shared Desk membership, which includes 24/7 access.
All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are available with special NuvoDesk Member pricing for Business Shared Desk members. All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are subject to availability and prior reservation of the space for Members, Guests and Staff of NuvoDesk.
The Standard Shared Desk membership is allowed 24/7 access to NuvoDesk.
All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are available with special NuvoDesk Member pricing for Standard Shared Desk members. All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are subject to availability and prior reservation of the space for Members, Guests and Staff of NuvoDesk. The Deluxe Shared Desk membership is allowed 24/7 access to NuvoDesk. All Conference Rooms are included with the Deluxe Shared Desk members. Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are available with special NuvoDesk Member pricing for Deluxe Shared Desk members. All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are subject to availability and prior reservation of the space for Members, Guests and Staff of NuvoDesk.
If a member is caught violating the Shared Desk Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Shared Desk Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership they will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
E. Dedicated Desk
As a Dedicated Desk Member you only have access to the building, amenities, common areas and your Dedicated Desk office with an active membership, until and unless you upgrade your membership to a Private Office as a member you are not allowed to be in the Private Offices without the tenant of that office present.
For our Dedicated Desk membership there is no conference time allotted every month, unless it is a Deluxe Dedicated Desk. The Deluxe Shared Desk membership option has been upgraded to include Unlimited Conference Room time, for every month that the member’s membership is set at the Deluxe Dedicated Desk tier.
All tiers of the Dedicated Desk membership option are allowed 24/7 access to NuvoDesk.
As a Dedicated Desk member you are entitled to access of all NuvoDesk Common Areas, including the NuvoDesk Common Lounge Area, NuvoDesk Common Dining Area, NuvoDesk Common Kitchen Area, NuvoDesk Common Lounge Area, NuvoDesk Common Shared Desk Area, NuvoDesk Phone Booths, NuvoDesk Collaboration Areas, and the NuvoDesk Wellness Room.
All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are available with special NuvoDesk Member pricing for Standard Dedicated Desk members. All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are subject to availability and prior reservation of the space for Members, Guests and Staff of NuvoDesk.
All Conference Rooms are included with the Deluxe Dedicated Desk members. Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are available with special NuvoDesk Member pricing for Deluxe Shared Desk members. All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are subject to availability and prior reservation of the space for Members, Guests and Staff of NuvoDesk.
If we provide you with access to your Dedicated Desk Office Space for any period of time prior to your Start Date, during such period you and your Employees/Staff shall be fully subject to the terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether we choose to charge you the Membership Fee during this time.
For all Dedicated Desk memberships in order for additional employees to gain access to the Dedicated Desk Office they will be required to have their own Dedicated Desk located within the Dedicated Desk Office Space.
Only the main account holder is allowed to make any changes to the membership, including adding and removing employees from gaining access to the building, private office and all NuvoDesk amenities. Any members that are not attached to the Dedicated Desk Office Space membership are not able to hold or maintain a key to give them access to the Dedicated Desk Office Space.
If a member is caught violating the Dedicated Desk Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Dedicated Desk Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership they will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
F. Private Office Policy
As a Private Office Member you only have access to the building, amenities, common areas and your Private Office with an active membership, until and unless a member has upgraded their membership to a Private Office as a member they are not allowed to be in any of the Private Offices without a tenant of that office present.
For our Private Office membership there is conference time allotted every month based upon the total number of occupants for that office, unless it is a Deluxe Private Office membership, Premium Private Office membership or a Premium Plus Private Office membership, in which case these memberships include Unlimited Conference Room time as an upgrade to their membership. These hours are allotted at the beginning of every month and do not roll over from Month to Month. You can see the amount of hours allotted for each number of occupants below:
- 1-Person Private Office: 6 hours every month
- 3-Person Private Office: 8 hours every month
- 4-Person Private Office: 10 hours every month
- 6-Person Private Office: 14 hours every month
- 10-Person Private Office: 18 hours every month
- Private Corporate Offices: subject to negotiation prior to joining NuvoDesk
The Deluxe Private Office membership, Premium Private Office membership or a Premium Plus Private Office membership options have been upgraded to include Unlimited Conference Room time, for every month that the member’s membership is set at the Deluxe Private Office membership, Premium Private Office membership or a Premium Plus Private Office membership tier, respectively.
All tiers of the Private Office membership options are allowed 24/7 access to NuvoDesk.
As a Private Office member you are entitled to access of all NuvoDesk Common Areas, including the NuvoDesk Common Lounge Area, NuvoDesk Common Dining Area, NuvoDesk Common Kitchen Area, NuvoDesk Common Lounge Area, NuvoDesk Common Shared Desk Area, NuvoDesk Phone Booths, NuvoDesk Collaboration Areas, and the NuvoDesk Wellness Room.
All Conference Rooms are included with the Private Office memberships, based upon hours allotted for the month and any additional Conference Room time will be charged at the NuvoDesk Member Conference Room Prices. Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are available with special NuvoDesk Member pricing for Private Office memberships. All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are subject to availability and prior reservation of the space for Members, Guests and Staff of NuvoDesk.
If we provide you with access to your Private Office for any period of time prior to your Start Date, during such period you and your Employees/Staff shall be fully subject to the terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether we choose to charge you the Membership Fee during this time.
For all Private Office memberships in order for additional employees to gain access to the Private Office they will be required to be listed on the Private Office Occupant List, which is required to be maintained by the Main Account Holder for the Private Office at all times. If a member is not listed on the Private Office Occupant List and there is space available for the membership the Main Account Holder must contact NuvoDesk management via email at office@nuvodesk.com to update the Occupant List.
If an office has run out of occupant space for their office NuvoDesk management will offer a variety of solutions on the options available to accommodate all of their employees.

G. Private Office Occupant List Policy
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your list of Employees on the NuvoDesk Member Portal and to NuvoDesk management, all requests for any changes to the occupant must come from the Main Account Holder’s email on file to office@nuvodesk.com.
Only those individuals included on the Private Office Occupant List can be attached to the Main Account Holder and will be deemed to be “Members”. It is not permitted to go over the capacity of the chosen Office space.
Any additional occupants that cannot be listed upon the Private Office Occupant List are required to obtain a Shared Desk Membership to gain 24/7 access to Premises or the member has the ability to increase their office size, based upon the available office space. We reserve the right to further limit the number of Members allowed at any point.
If an office has run out of occupant space for their office NuvoDesk management will offer a variety of solutions on the options available to accommodate all of their employees.
If a member is caught violating the Private Office Occupant List Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Private Office Occupant List Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership they will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
H. Changes or Removal of Primary Member
The Primary Member has the sole authority to make changes to or terminate this Agreement.
A Primary Member will serve as NuvoDesk’s primary contact regarding matters that involve your Members and the physical Office Space. We will be entitled to rely on communications with the Primary Member as notice to or from the applicable Member Company.
If a company needs to transfer ownership of the account, this can only be done with Private Office memberships and only to a member of their staff listed on the Private Office Occupant List. Once the change has been made only the new Primary Member will be able to make any further changes to the account.
Primary members are able to designate an onsite contact for any additional questions in regards to the account and will be included in any communication with the onsite contact as well.
I. Members Community Conduct
Being a part of our NuvoDesk community and culture is full of fun, community, hard work, respect and high integrity at all times, in all interactions and with all of our members, guests and NuvoDesk staff.
Outlined in all of our policies is that we believe in keeping a clean, well maintained and supportive coworking space for businesses of all sizes. We expect our members to clean up after themselves in all of our NuvoDesk Common Areas at all times. If there is a situation where a member or guest needs help cleaning up a spill or a mess NuvoDesk staff can assist within business hours, for after hours support please contact office@nuvodesk.com.
For our NuvoDesk Private Offices we expect all members to be respectful to those tenants and be mindful of noise, activity and interactions while in the Private Office hallways. They have Private Offices so they can be productive and grow their business, while using the Conference Rooms, Phone Booths and Phone Booths all members, regardless of their level of membership, must be respectful of all of the private offices at all times.
We understand productivity, to help with this we have a large Common Dining Area for food and beverages to be consumed.
For a member who is looking to stay on task while using a Phone Booth unfortunately there is no food or beverage allowed in the phone booths at all times. For additional information on our Phone Booth Policy, please reference the Phone Booth Policy.
If a member has a Dedicated Desk they are more than welcome to eat and drink in their Dedicated Desk Office Space if they so choose, being mindful of not leaving any food trash out overnight to avoid any Pest Control Fees. For additional information on our Dedicated Desk Policies, please reference our Additional Fees Policies and our Dedicated Desk Policies.
If a member has a Private Office they are more than welcome to eat and drink in their office if they so choose, being mindful of not leaving any food trash out overnight to avoid any Pest Control Fees. For additional information on our Private Office Policies, please reference our Additional Fees Policies and our Private Office Policies.
All Private Offices & Dedicated Desk members may take their trash to the East and West Side stairwell trash cans. For our private offices we also have our cleaning crew coming around once a day, Monday through Friday, to offer to take your trash to the stairwell trash cans if you are in your office at the time. The trash cans in the stairwells and NuvoDesk Common Areas are taken out daily, Monday through Friday. Please be mindful and ensure all food related trash items go to the Common Area Kitchen trash cans over the weekend, to reduce the chance of pests.
We ask that for cleanliness no food be consumed in Common Lounge Areas due to the risk of stains to furniture. Please only eat in the Common dining Area.
Any food stored in the Common Kitchen Area Fridge should be labeled with your name and the date it is placed in the fridge. The refrigerators will be cleaned and emptied each Friday. Please remove any items that belong to you, any food that has been left in a food storage container and/or lunch bag will be emptied and placed in the Common Kitchen & Dining Area Lost & Found.
Any items that have developed any form of mold in them will be disposed of immediately, regardless of the day of the week to maintain a safe, clean environment for all guests and members at all times.
IV. Permitted & Restricted Items in Private Offices and Common Areas
A. Personal Property
We are not responsible for any and all property you leave behind in and on the NuvoDesk Premises. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have retrieved all of your personal items prior to leaving.
If an item is lost and cannot be found by your person, NuvoDesk has a Lost & Found located in the back. All items will be kept for 90 days and then they will be donated to a charity of our choice.
Prior to the termination or expiration of your Shared Desk, Dedicated Desk and/or Private Office, you must remove all of your property from all NuvoDesk Premises. After providing you with reasonable notice, we will be entitled to dispose of any property remaining in any of our Premises, and you waive any claims or demands regarding such property or our handling of such property.
You will be responsible for paying any fees reasonably incurred by us regarding removal of your property from NuvoDesk premises.
B. Damage NuvoDesk Property
You will be held liable and do hereby authorize us to charge you for the repair cost for all damage to our Premises and items therein caused by you or your guests, invitees or employees. The charges will include time and labor of our NuvoDesk staff to repair or schedule the repair of damages incurred, in addition to any supplies or materials needed for repairs.

C. Candles & Heating Elements Policy
Members are not allowed to keep or store candles in their private offices. Candles present a huge and potentially dangerous fire hazard; and due to NuvoDesk Coworking not requiring its Members to possess an individual insurance policy, we ask that all Members abide by this rule at all times.
Space heaters of any kind must be approved by staff prior to bringing them into your Dedicated Desk and/or Private Office. If granted permission to have one in your Private Office, it is mandatory to shut it off daily.
If you violate the Candles & Heating Elements Policy of NuvoDesk, you are subject to a $200 fine for every day that a space heater is left on, brought in without permission and/or candle brought and/or used or left in a Private Office.
If a member is caught violating the Candles & Heating Elements Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Candles & Heating Elements Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership they will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
D. Restricted Items Policy
Members are not able to bring in any items that can be flammable, explosive, excessive odor or potentially dangerous into the NuvoDesk buildings at all times.
Members must be respectful to their fellow coworkers and their use of the Common Areas, Phone Booths, Collaboration Areas and Conference Rooms, by being mindful of their sound level and activity in all areas of NuvoDesk.
This is a coworking space. We expect our members to make efforts to recognize the needs of others, and a balance should always be sought to recognize the needs of one, while not hindering the needs of another.
If you violate the Restricted Items Policy of NuvoDesk, you will be held liable and do hereby authorize us to charge you for the repair cost for all damage to our Premises and items therein caused by you or your guests, invitees or employees. The charges will include time and labor of our NuvoDesk staff to repair or schedule the repair of damages incurred, in addition to any supplies or materials needed for repairs.
If a member is caught violating the Restricted Items Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Restricted Items Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership they will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
V. Complimentary Beer & Wine Policy
Any member consuming alcoholic beverages must do so in a responsible manner and be of legal drinking age. If a Member or Member’s Guest becomes intoxicated, NuvoDesk reserves the right to ask that person to leave the premises and call the Arlington Police Department if the need arises.
VI. Anit-Harassment Policy
All members are expected to respect, abide, and follow the Anti-Harassment Policy stated below at all times and in all situations, regardless of others actions.
NuvoDesk Coworking is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of people at our events or space in any form. People violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the space or the event at the discretion of any NuvoDesk Coworking member, guest and staff. Harassment includes:
- Offensive verbal comments
- Sexual images in public spaces
- Deliberate intimidation
- Stalking
- Following
- Photography or recording without consent at all times
- Sustained disruption of talks or other events
- Inappropriate and/or unwelcome physical contact
- Unwelcome sexual attention
- Sustained or Intentional Disruption of Conversation and /or Meeting
People asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Any behavior or action experienced as harassment will be responded to as such.

VII. Membership Fees
A. Payment Schedule Policy
Membership monthly fees are based upon negotiations prior to joining, they are non-negotiable without a 3-day written notice of the specific changes being made. All memberships are due on the 1st of each month that an account is active. If a payment fails on the 1st our system will automatically attempt to collect the payment on the 2nd, 5th and 8th of the month. There are no exceptions to the payment scheduled, with the exception of Members who have paid ahead of time for the term of their membership.
For any members who would like to provide an advanced payment of their membership have the ability to do so by speaking with a NuvoDesk Manager only via a written request to office@nuvodesk.com who can help process the payment and apply it accordingly to their account.
Members have the ability to update their account information through the Member Portal at nuvodeskarlington.spaces.nexudus.com after logging into their account. If a member has any questions on methods of payment that are accepted please contact the NuvoDesk Office Team either within business hours or at office@nuvodesk.com for after hours questions.
B. Payment Methods Policy
Membership monthly fees are based upon negotiations prior to joining. Members are able to have a Bank Account or a Credit or Debit Card attached to their account for their Monthly Fees.
If a member chooses to make payments with a Bank Account no additional fees will apply.
However, if a member chooses to make payments with a Debit or Credit Card an additional 2.9% Transaction Fee will be applied on their Invoice. NuvoDesk currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
If a member has two concurrent monthly payments that have failed, the member will be required to have a current and valid Credit and Debit card attached onto their account. This change will be requested in writing from a member of the NuvoDesk team, you will be given 5 business days to update your information accordingly. If you do not follow the direction of NuvoDesk staff your account will be suspended from use until you update your payment information, in accordance with our Payment Methods Policy.
Members have the ability to update their account information through the Member Portal at nuvodeskarlington.spaces.nexudus.com after logging into their account. Upon the first failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your payment.
Upon the second failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your payment.
Upon the third failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your payment. When the payment has failed for a third time your account will be suspended from access to your mail that has been delivered, access to your Dedicated Desk or Private Office and full access to the building and all amenities and services we provide. There will be a nonrefundable $50 “Failed Payment Fee” attached to your membership.
In order to bring your account active again and regain access to the building, offices and services included within your membership you will need to bring your account current, including paying the $50 “Failed Payment Fee” attached to your membership.
Upon the fourth and final failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your final billing for your account and that your membership has been downgraded to Community Member access.
When the payment has failed for the fourth and final time your account will be suspended from all access to your Virtual Mail service that has been delivered, any current and subsequent mail in NuvoDesk possession will be marked at “Return to Sender” by the 15th of the month, should not payment have been received by then.
When the payment has failed for the fourth and final time your account will be suspended from all access to your Dedicated Desk and/or Private Office and full access to the building and all amenities and services we provide. Upon this occurring the items in the Dedicated Desk and/or Private Office will be held until the end of month of the failed payments, until the full past due balance is paid.
If payment for your Dedicated Desk or Private Office is not received by until the end of month of the failed payments, until the full past due balance is paid by end of the NuvoDesk business day your account will no longer be able to be reactivated and your deposit is no longer refundable and all items in your Dedicated Desk or Private Office will be seized for 30 days, unless and until the full past due balance is paid.
If a member only has Virtual Mail on their account they will be required to pay a $25 “Account Reactivation Fee”, in addition to their monthly dues and their nonrefundable $50 “Failed Payment Fee” in order for their account to become active and resume their Virtual Mail membership.
If a member has a Shared Desk, Dedicated Desk or Private Office on their account they will be required to pay a $50 “Account Reactivation Fee”, in addition to their monthly dues and their nonrefundable $50 “Failed Payment Fee” in order for their account to become active and resume their Shared Desk, Dedicated Desk or Private Office membership.
If payment is not received by the 30th, Member will then be responsible for miscellaneous fees listed including but not limited to:
- $50 Per Every Office Key Issued (If Applicable)
- $30 for Lockable Filing Cabinet Key (If Applicable)
- Outstanding Printing Fees (If Applicable)
However, it will be NuvoDesk staff’s sole discretion to allow a Member to continue membership with NuvoDesk. It will also be NuvoDesk’s sole discretion to allow a previous Member to do business at NuvoDesk with other members. All late fees are subject to increase from time to time at NuvoDesk sole discretion.

D. Membership Monthly Dues

E. Invoices
All invoices and billing history can be located through the NuvoDesk Member Portal at nuvodeskarlington.spaces.nexudus.com. For any specific questions on an invoice or billing details they can contact NuvoDesk management at office@nuvodesk.com.
F. Credits
Credits are provided at the discretion of NuvoDesk management only, other members of NuvoDesk Staff are able to apply credits.
Credits may be applied to an account if a member is paying ahead of time. The credit will be applied for the difference between the amount due and the amount in excess, their Monthly Membership Fees will be deducted from the credits applied, with the exception of an amount still remaining being charged to the payment method on file.

G. Refund Policy
There are no refunds of any fees or services paid by NuvoDesk Members or Guests in connection with the NuvoDesk. The only refund of fees is for Dedicated Desk and/or Private Office deposits paid for a Dedicated Desk or Private Office space at the end of the membership term.
We will return the Refundable Dedicated Desk and/or Private Office Deposit after deducting outstanding fees and other costs due to us, with the remaining balance being the amount that will be refunded. Deposits are returned within 30 days of the last day of the membership.
Return of the Refundable Deposit is also subject to your complete performance of all your obligations under this Agreement, including full satisfaction of your Membership Fee Obligations and any additional obligations applicable following termination or expiration of this Agreement. Please see the Dedicated Desk Move Out Policy and Private Office Move Out Policy for details.
H. Membership Upgrade
Members can upgrade their membership, regardless of their tier and term, with only a 24-hour notice, subject to availability.
Any upgrades will begin a new Membership, along with new terms, as applicable. Upon upgrade previous Specials and Grandfathered prices will not carry over from the previous Membership Agreement.
H. Membership Downgrade
Members can downgrade their membership, regardless of their tier and term, with at minimum a 30-day notice.
Any downgrades will not be able to regain their previous membership terms once the last date of their 30-day notice has passed. A member would need to begin a new Membership, along with new terms, as applicable.
Upon downgrading previous Specials and Grandfathered prices will not carry over from the previous Membership Agreement unless the member chooses to continue their current membership by the last date of their 30-day notice.
J. Membership Cancellation
Members can cancel their membership, regardless of their tier and term, with at minimum a 30-day notice.
Any cancellations will not be able to regain their previous membership terms once the last date of their 30-day notice has passed. A member would need to begin a new Membership, along with new terms, as applicable.
For a cancellation of a term membership, that has not completed the full term the final payment will include the 30-Day cancellation and an additional month of the set Monthly Membership Fees. The only exception to this would be a cancellation close to the end of their term length, in which case the additional month of the set Monthly Membership Fees would be prorated to reflect the difference.
Upon cancellation previous Specials and Grandfathered prices will not carry over from the previous Membership Agreement unless the member chooses to continue their current membership by the last date of their 30-day notice.
K. Monthly Conference Room Time for Private Offices
For our Private Office membership there is conference time allotted every month based upon the total number of occupants for that office, unless it is a Deluxe Private Office membership, Premium Private Office membership or a Premium Plus Private Office membership, in which case these memberships include Unlimited Conference Room time as an upgrade to their membership. These hours are allotted at the beginning of every month and do not roll over from Month to Month. You can see the amount of hours allotted for each number of occupants below:
- 1-Person Private Office: 6 hours every month
- 3-Person Private Office: 8 hours every month
- 4-Person Private Office: 10 hours every month
- 6-Person Private Office: 14 hours every month
- 10-Person Private Office: 18 hours every month
- Private Corporate Offices: subject to negotiation prior to joining NuvoDesk
The Deluxe Private Office membership, Premium Private Office membership or a Premium Plus Private Office membership options have been upgraded to include Unlimited Conference Room time, for every month that the member’s membership is set at the Deluxe Private Office membership, Premium Private Office membership or a Premium Plus Private Office membership tier, respectively.
All Conference Rooms are included with the Private Office memberships, based upon hours allotted for the month and any additional Conference Room time will be charged at the NuvoDesk Member Conference Room Prices. Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are available with special NuvoDesk Member pricing for Private Office memberships. All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are subject to availability and prior reservation of the space for Members, Guests and Staff of NuvoDesk.
L. Right to Terminate an Agreement
NuvoDesk holds the right to terminate any membership, regardless of their tier and term, at will with a written notice if administration finds a member has violated or abused our terms and conditions, amenities, or any offerings that NuvoDesk provides.
Upon this termination, members can not be reinstated and will no longer be able to sign up for a NuvoDesk membership at any of our current and future locations.
VIII. Membership Add-Ons
A. Additional Occupant
Private Offices are the only level of membership that is able to add on an Additional Occupant to the Membership. All occupants of a Private Office are required to be listed on the Private Office Occupancy List. Below is the occupancy that is included in the membership, and the optional Additional Occupant add-on.
- 1-Person Private Office: 1 Occupant + $100 for 1 Additional Occupant
- 1-Person Flex Private Office: 3 Occupants Maximum on Membership
- 3-Person Private Office: 3 Occupants + $100 for 1 Additional Occupant
- 4-Person Private Office: 4 Occupants + $100 for 1 Additional Occupant
- 6-Person Private Office: 6 Occupants + $100 for 1 Additional Occupant
- 10-Person Private Office: 10 Occupants + $100 for 1 Additional Occupant
- Private Corporate Offices: subject to negotiation prior to joining NuvoDesk
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your list of Employees on the NuvoDesk Member Portal and to NuvoDesk management, all requests for any changes to the occupant must come from the Main Account Holder’s email on file to office@nuvodesk.com.
Only those individuals included on the Private Office Occupant List can be attached to the Main Account Holder and will be deemed to be “Members”. It is not permitted to go over the capacity of the chosen Office space.
Any additional occupants that cannot be listed upon the Private Office Occupant List are required to obtain a Shared Desk Membership to gain 24/7 access to Premises or the member has the ability to increase their office size, based upon the available office space. We reserve the right to further limit the number of Members allowed at any point.
If an office has run out of occupant space for their office NuvoDesk management will offer a variety of solutions on the options available to accommodate all of their employees.
If a member is caught violating the Private Office Occupant List Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Private Office Occupant List Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership they will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
B. Private Office Phone Line
If a Private Office would like to have a phone line in their office they can add-on phone lines up to the maximum number of occupants, at $25 per phone line, with hardware included. Members are more than welcome to provide their own phone hardware if they would prefer.

- 1-Person Private Office: 1 Phone Line
- 3-Person Private Office: 3 Phone Lines
- 4-Person Private Office: 4 Phone Lines
- 6-Person Private Office: 6 Phone Lines

For any member that is attached to a corporate membership they will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.

All Conference Rooms are included with the Private Office memberships, based upon hours allotted for the month and any additional Conference Room time will be charged at the NuvoDesk Member Conference Room Prices. Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are available with special NuvoDesk Member pricing for Private Office memberships. All Conference Rooms, Amenity Rooms and Private Event Spaces are subject to availability and prior reservation of the space for Members, Guests and Staff of NuvoDesk.
Memberships are non-transferable between persons or parties. The member is responsible for all conference room time booked under their membership. During conference time booked under their membership the member is required to be present at all times and will be responsible for any damage, or destruction, theft, or loss of any property from the conference room booked under their membership.
For any fees associated with Conference Room Time, please reference the Conference Room Policy. If a member is caught violating the Unlimited Conference Room Time Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Unlimited Conference Room Time Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership they will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
D. Private Logo Office
If a Private Office would like to have their office door have their logo of their company. Members are not able to produce a logo for their door using their private vendors, all scheduling, preparation, installation and payments must be processed through NuvoDesk management only.
Any Private Office Member that installs their own logo without the express permission of NuvoDesk will be charged a $150 logo removal fee.
In order for our logo vendor to produce the logo in the size, clarity and format for a Private Office Logo in a Vector format. The only accepted Vector file formats are .ai, .eps or .pdf. If the file is sent in an incorrect format it will not be accepted. If the member is not able to produce a Vector file for their logo, they have the option of reformatting the logo with our logo vendor for an additional $50 charge.
If a member would prefer to only have lettering in lieu, there are specific parameters for uniformity of the building. The only accepted font is Arial, in all capital letters, with the lettering all being white. The letters must all fit within a 12” x 12” area of space.
Each logo or lettering will be $50 per Private Office door, there must be a certain amount of logos ordered in order for an order to be placed. If a member would prefer to not wait they can put a rush on it, which will be an additional $200.
All logos will be sent to the Main Account Holder for the Private Office with the proof for approval prior to moving to the production and installation stage.
All pricing for Private Office logos is subject to change at the discretion of NuvoDesk management, with or without notice.
Any Private Office Member that cancels their Membership for any reason prior to their 6-month anniversary will be charged a $150 logo removal fee.

E. Private Office Frosting
If a Private Office would like to have their Private Office Window Panes frosted, the request will be handled by NuvoDesk Management. Members are not able to add frosting to any portion of the private office using their private vendors. All scheduling, preparation, installation and payments must be processed through NuvoDesk management only.
For any of the Private Offices, frosting can be done with a 24” band from the middle divider up of the glass panes, unfortunately at this time no frosting is allowed on the doors.
For any of the Private Corporate Offices, frosting can be done with a 36” band in the middle of the glass pane, unfortunately at this time no frosting is allowed on the doors.
Pricing is variable based upon current vendor pricing, it is subject to change based upon supply, demand and order volume with our window frosting vendor. Pricing estimates can be requested from NuvoDesk management within business hours or to office@nuvodesk.com.
F. Printing, Copying & Scanning
Printing Services are provided at an additional fee for guests and members. Printing Services include copying, printing and scanning.
Members have the option of adding printing onto their monthly fees. All printing fees will currently be a retroactive charge for the previous month. Upon cancellation every member is still responsible for any remaining printing charge they have accumulated.
All printing charges will be charged to the main account holder on file, each member that is added onto their account is able to print. Printing charges will be emailed to the main account holder for their reference, in addition to having the charges be added to their account.
For all members who choose to print or scan the following fees will be applied, based upon the account’s printer activity.

To setup printing please see the front desk to get your printer directions. For any questions outside of business hours please send our NuvoDesk staff an email to the contact information located at the front desk.
All technical issues will be addressed during normal business hours. Please send an email with a description of the issue you are experiencing to office@nuvodesk.com, and we will have our IT Team resolve it the following business day.
G. NuvoMarket Payment Policy
We provide an honest market for our members and guests to enjoy with normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our Square point of sale system only accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Cards or Debit Cards, no cash is able to be accepted for purchases.
We have respect for all of our members and our guests, and expect all of our members and guests to purchase their items upon taking them from our market. We regularly take inventory to ensure we have a good stock of items for our members and guests to enjoy. If we capture that a member or guest has taken any items from our NuvoMarket we will follow the steps below to maintain the integrity of our honest market.
Please keep in mind you are on camera with our NuvoMarket so please smile at it!
If a member is caught violating the NuvoMarket Payment Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the NuvoMarket Payment Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder. If a member or guest refuses to complete the purchase of any items within 24 hours of the incident their membership will be revoked.
H. Unlimited Conference Rooms Package
Eligibility for Package: The Unlimited Conference Rooms Package is an add-on available exclusively to individuals with a full membership from the Shared Desk level or higher. This package is supplementary and requires an existing, valid membership.
Scope of Use: This package is tailored for the member's use and does not extend to guests or non-members. The member must be present in the conference room for the entire duration of its use.
Guest Policy: Guests are permitted when accompanied by the member at all times in the conference rooms. Members are responsible for their guests and must ensure they adhere to all terms and conditions.
Appropriate Use of Conference Room Size: Members must be mindful of the conference room size they book. A 10-person conference room should be reserved only when the size of the group justifies such a space. For smaller meetings, members are encouraged to utilize smaller conference rooms. This helps ensure efficient use of resources and availability for all members.
Prohibition of Conference Rooms as Offices: Conference rooms are designated for meetings and collaborative purposes only and are not to be used as personal offices. Misuse of conference rooms for purposes other than meetings, such as regular office work, is a violation of these terms. Members found using conference rooms as personal offices will face potential revocation of their access to these facilities.
Booking and Reservations: Reservations for conference rooms must be made by the member and cannot be exclusively for guest use. The member must be physically present during the booked time.
Compliance and Consequences of Non-Adherence: Adherence to these terms is mandatory. Non-compliance may lead to the revocation of the Unlimited Conference Rooms Package and/or other membership privileges.
Modifications to Terms: Management reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary. Members will be informed of any changes through official channels.
Liability and Responsibilities: Members are accountable for any damages or losses incurred during the use of conference room facilities and are responsible for their and their guests' conduct.
Acceptance of Terms: Opting for the Unlimited Conference Rooms Package signifies the member's agreement to these terms and conditions. Violations will be subject to review and potential action by management.
IX. Membership Miscellaneous Policies & Fees
A. NuvoDesk Pest Control
If you accidentally have a spill on the floor or carpet, notify staff immediately. If it’s after hours or the weekend please do your best to clean it up, and send our NuvoDesk staff an email to office@nuvodesk.com.
Private Offices have the option of adding Light Janitorial Services onto their membership, for an additional fee. Our Light Janitorial Services include dusting of desk spaces, cleaning of the interior glass walls in the office space, vacuuming and removal of trash in the trash can. The fees will vary based upon the size of the office, please see the Front Desk for more details.
All Private Offices and Dedicated Desk members may take their trash to the East and West Side stairwell trash cans.
For our Private Offices we also have our cleaning crew coming around once a day, Monday through Friday, to offer to take your trash to the stairwell trash cans if you are in your office at the time. The trash cans in the stairwells and NuvoDesk Common Areas are taken out daily, Monday through Friday. Please be mindful and ensure all food related trash items go to the Common Area Kitchen trash cans over the weekend, to reduce the chance of pests.
We ask that Members take large trash items (i.e. boxes) to the dumpster, all boxes must be broken down prior to being placed in the dumpster. The dumpsters are located in the back of the building, to access please open the gate doors to enter the enclosed area to get to the dumpster.
We can provide a vacuum available for our private offices to use. Please check in with the Front Desk at NuvoDesk to see what vacuums are available.
Pest control invoices, that are the result of a directly related to a Member of Dedicated Desk Office Space or Private Office cleanliness will be passed on to the Member, in full, in addition to the time and attention required of NuvoDesk staff.
You will be held liable and do hereby authorize us to charge you for the repair cost for all Pest Control charges incurred for our Premises and items therein caused by you or your guests, invitees or employees. The charges will include time and labor of our NuvoDesk staff to repair or schedule the Pest Control services incurred, in addition to any supplies or materials needed for repairs.
NuvoDesk provides pest control treatment on a regular basis to maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for our Members, Guests and Staff for the whole building, minus the private office.
B. Outstanding Fees & Balances
Upon cancellation, revocation or termination of your membership, you will still be responsible for any remaining fees or balances, including late fees, monthly membership fees, printing charges, and any add ons.
You will be held liable and do hereby authorize us to charge you for any and all outstanding balances with NuvoDesk incurred by you or your guests, invitees or employees.

C. Lobby
All levels of our memberships include access to our Common Lounge Areas.
The lobby of NuvoDesk is our common landing area for all of our members, guests and staff. Prior to guests entering the building they must be checked in as a guest with the front desk.
We highly encourage all guests to wait in our Common Lounge Area to wait until the person they are meeting becomes available to them. During that time we encourage them to enjoy our complimentary beverages while they are waiting.
For our NuvoDesk members, guests and employees we expect everyone to be respectful to those tenants and be mindful of noise, activity and interactions while in the Lobby. All members have use of the Common Areas so they can be productive and grow their respective businesses, while using the Common Areas, Phone Booths, Collaboration Areas and Conference Rooms all members, regardless of their level of membership, must be respectful of all others at all times.
D. Conference Rooms Policy
Conference Rooms are available for members to use, whether included in their membership or paid separately. Memberships are non-transferable. The member must be present during the booked time and is responsible for any damages or losses.

To book a Conference Room, use the member portal at nuvodeskarlington.spaces.nexudus.com Once booked, the door can be unlocked using Salto KS 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Access to the conference room on Salto KS will be removed 15 minutes after your booking ends.
Food and Drink Policy:
- No hot foods allowed.
- Dispose of all food and trash in the Common Area Kitchen.
- Do not leave personal items behind. A $50 cleaning fee applies for violations
Respect and Compliance:
- Cancel bookings if not needed. No refund will be provided for unused bookings.
- First violation: Verbal warning documented.
- Second violation: Written email reminder.
- Third violation: Membership revocation. Corporate membership violations will be communicated to the main account holder.
E. Video Production Room
The NuvoDesk Video Production Room is available for members, whether included in their membership or paid separately. Memberships are non-transferable. The member must be present during the booked time and is responsible for any damages or losses.

- $150 Desk
- $100 Chair

F. Podcast Room
The Podcast Room is only available during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We do this to ensure support as needed for any trouble shooting and guidance on any issues during recording.
There is absolutely no food or drinks allowed in the Podcast Room at any time, for any reason. All food and drinks need to remain outside of the Podcast Room.
Please refer to NuvoDesk Staff for troubleshooting problems with the Podcast Room. Do not try to repair any settings on the equipment without assistance. Please ensure that at the end of your use of the Podcast Room that all equipment is in the same working order and place that you found it.
During time booked in the Podcast Room under their membership the member is required to be present at all times and will be responsible for any damage, or destruction, theft, or loss of any property to the Podcast Room booked under their membership.
Please refer to the Podcast Room rental agreement for all fees and additional costs associated with utilizing the Podcast Room.
If a member is caught violating the Podcast Room Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Podcast Room Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
G. Common Lounge Area Policy
All levels of our memberships include access to our Common Lounge Areas.

We ask that for cleanliness no food be consumed in Common Lounge Areas due to the risk of stains to furniture. Please only eat in the Common Dining Area at all times.
If a member is caught violating the Common Lounge Area Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Common Lounge Area Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
Although we provide 24/7 access to the facility we are not a hotel. Anyone found using our facilities as a place for rest instead of a place for work will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Common Lounge Area Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
H. Common Dining Area
All levels of our memberships include access to our Common Dining Area.
For our NuvoDesk members, guests and employees we expect everyone to be respectful to those tenants and be mindful of noise, activity and interactions while in the Common Dining Area. All members have use of the Common Areas so they can be productive and grow their respective businesses, while using the Common Areas, Phone Booths, Collaboration Areas and Conference Rooms all members, regardless of their level of membership, must be respectful of all others at all times.
We want to work together to keep our Common Area Kitchen as clean as possible at all times. We provide a dish brush, strainers, dish soap and disinfecting wipes to help do your part to keep our common areas tidy for all of our NuvoDesk coworkers.
All plates, bowls, coffee mugs, cups, wine glasses, silverware and cooking utensils must be rinsed and clean, prior to placing them in the Common Area Kitchen dishwashers after use. Use the dishwashers that are marked “DIRTY” for rinsed dishware, silverware and cooking ware. Do not open any dishwashers that are marked as “RUNNING” to not stop the dish cleaning cycle.
There is no garbage disposal in the Common Area Kitchen sink. Please scrape all excess food into trash cans located in the Common Area Kitchen before loading dirty dishes into the dishwasher marked “DIRTY”.
Please be respectful of your fellow coworkers at NuvoDesk, only eat the food that is your own, for any food that you are eating with a strong odor please consume your food in another area other than the Common Kitchen & Dining Area.
All members and guests are welcome to use plates, bowls, coffee mugs, cups, wine glasses, silverware and cooking utensils from the NuvoDesk Common Kitchen Area.
Plates and bowls are on the island in front of the fridge. Coffee mugs, cups and wine glasses are located on the shelves about the sink. Silverware is located beneath the microwave and toaster oven. Cooking utensils can be found in the drawer beneath the Keurig and coffee urn.
We have an ice machine available for all members and guests to use. You can find it located below microwaves in the Common Kitchen & Dining Area. After using the scoop for ice please do not place the ice scoop in ice, replace it back in the holder on the wall directly next to the ice machine.
The refrigerators will be cleaned and emptied each Friday. Please remove any items that belong to you, any food that has been left in a food storage container and/or lunch bag will be emptied and placed in the Common Kitchen & Dining Area Lost & Found.
Any items that have developed any form of mold in them will be disposed of immediately, regardless of the day of the week to maintain a safe, clean environment for all guests and members at all times.

I. Common Shared Desk Area

For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
J. Common Phone Booth Area
All levels of our memberships include access to our Common Phone Booth Area.
For our NuvoDesk members, guests and employees we expect everyone to be respectful to those tenants and be mindful of noise, activity and interactions while in the Common Phone Booth Area. All members have use of the Common Areas so they can be productive and grow their respective businesses, while using the Common Areas, Phone Booths, Collaboration Areas and Conference Rooms all members, regardless of their level of membership, must be respectful of all others at all times.
For a member who is looking to stay on task while using a Phone Booth unfortunately there is no food or beverage allowed in the phone booths at all times, no exceptions. Please only eat in the Common Dining Area at all times. If a member is caught violating the Common Lounge Area Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Common Lounge Area Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
K. Collaboration Area
All levels of our memberships include access to our Collaboration Areas.
For our NuvoDesk members, guests and employees we expect everyone to be respectful to those tenants and be mindful of noise, activity and interactions while in the Collaboration Area. All members have use of the Common Areas so they can be productive and grow their respective businesses, while using the Common Areas, Phone Booths, Collaboration Areas and Conference Rooms all members, regardless of their level of membership, must be respectful of all others at all times.
We ask that for cleanliness no food be consumed in Collaboration Areas. Please only eat in the Common Dining Area at all times.
If a member is caught violating the Collaboration Area Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Collaboration Area Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
L. Wellness Room
All levels of our memberships include access to our Collaboration Areas.
For our NuvoDesk members, guests and employees we expect everyone to be respectful to those tenants and be mindful of noise, activity and interactions while in the Collaboration Area. All members have use of the Common Areas so they can be productive and grow their respective businesses, while using the Common Areas, Phone Booths, Collaboration Areas and Conference Rooms all members, regardless of their level of membership, must be respectful of all others at all times.
We ask that for cleanliness no food be consumed in Collaboration Areas. Please only eat in the Common Dining Area at all times.
If a member is caught violating the Collaboration Area Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Collaboration Area Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
M. Private Event Rooms
Private Event Rooms are available for the use of any of our members, guests or staff, there are additional fees associated with any time booked for our Private Event Rooms. All bookings for Private Event Room space must be made and paid in advance of the booking. All Private Event Room time is subject to availability.
Memberships are non-transferable between persons or parties. The member is responsible for all Private Event Room time booked under their membership. During conference time booked under their membership, the member is required to be present at all times and will be responsible for any damage, or destruction, theft, or loss of any property from the conference room booked under their membership.
In order to book a Private Event Room you must do so through NuvoDesk Management in writing with no less than 48 hours notice at minimum. Please plan your Private Event Room time accordingly to give yourself time to prepare for your meeting.
Please be mindful of any food and drink that you bring into the Private Event Room. We request no hot foods to reduce any possibility of damage to the conference rooms. Once you are finished eating, please dispose of all remaining food and trash in the Common Area Kitchen trash cans. Please do not leave any items behind including dishes or personal belongings. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of $50.
Be respectful to fellow coworkers and cancel any Private Event Room reservations if you no longer have need of the space.
If a member is caught violating the Private Event Room Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Private Event Room Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
X. Dedicated Desk Policies
A. Dedicated Desk Occupants & Access
For all Dedicated Desk memberships in order for additional members, guests or employees to gain access to the Dedicated Desk Office they will be required to have their own Dedicated Desk located within the Dedicated Desk Office Space.
The Dedicated Desk Member is responsible for any and all access to the Dedicated Desk under their membership. For the duration of their Dedicated Desk membership the member is required to be present at all times and will be responsible for any damage, or destruction, theft, or loss of any property from the Dedicated Desk Office Space under their membership.
NuvoDesk Management will only provide keys and access to the individuals listed for the Dedicated Desk Office Space. If a member who is not listed on the Dedicated Desk Office Space is given access by one of the Occupants of the office and is left unattended by that Occupant this will be seen as a violation of the Dedicated Desk Policies.
Only the main account holder is allowed to make any changes to the membership, including adding and removing employees from gaining access to the building, private office and all NuvoDesk amenities. Any members that are not attached to the Dedicated Desk Office Space membership are not able to hold or maintain a key to give them access to the Dedicated Desk Office Space.
If a member is caught violating the Dedicated Desk Policies of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Dedicated Desk Policies of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
B. Dedicated Desk Deposit
We will return the Refundable Dedicated Desk Deposit after deducting outstanding fees and other costs due to us, with the remaining balance being the amount that will be refunded. Deposits are returned within 30 days of the last day of the membership.
Return of the Refundable Deposit is also subject to your complete performance of all your obligations under this Agreement, including full satisfaction of your Membership Fee Obligations and any additional obligations applicable following termination or expiration of this Agreement.
C. Dedicated Desk Move In
If a membership agreement begins to allow access to the building within NuvoDesk regular business hours the tenant is able to move into the space beginning at 9:00am on the first date of their Membership Term. In order to gain access to the Dedicated Desk space you are required to have paid your deposit and your first month of your Membership Dues. All of the details must have been agreed to and completed prior to becoming a member of NuvoDesk.
If we provide you with access to your Dedicated Desk for any period of time prior to your Start Date, during such period you and your Employees/Staff shall be fully subject to the terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether we choose to charge you the Membership Fee during this time.
Upon Move In the Main Account Holder of the Dedicate Desk is required to provide the Dedicated Desk Move In & Out Form and attach pictures as needed. The Dedicated Desk Move In & Out Form is due within 48 hours of move in.
For all Dedicated Desk memberships in order for additional members, guests or employees to gain access to the Dedicated Desk Office they will be required to have their own Dedicated Desk located within the Dedicated Desk Office Space.

For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
D. Dedicated Desk Move Out
Upon Move Out the Main Account Holder of the Dedicated Desk is required to provide all the office keys provided to every Dedicated Desk Occupant, all cabinet keys, in addition to their Dedicated Desk Move In & Out Form and attaching pictures as needed.
For all Dedicated Desk memberships in order for additional members, guests or employees to gain access to the Dedicated Desk Office they will be required to have their own Dedicated Desk located within the Dedicated Desk Office Space.
The Dedicated Desk Member is responsible for any and all access to the Dedicated Desk under their membership. For the duration of their Dedicated Desk membership the member is required to be present at all times and will be responsible for any damage, or destruction, theft, or loss of any property from the Dedicated Desk Office Space under their membership.
NuvoDesk Management will only provide keys and access to the individuals listed for the Dedicated Desk Office Space. If a member who is not listed on the Dedicated Desk Office Space is given access by one of the Occupants of the office and is left unattended by that Occupant this will be seen as a violation of the Dedicated Desk Policies.
If your last day is on the weekend please turn in your keys to the front by 5:00pm after that point you will no longer have access to NuvoDesk coworking, if you are moved out within normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, or deposit your office key into the drop box next to our front desk.
The Main Account Holder for the Dedicated Desk will then be responsible for miscellaneous fees listed including but not limited to:
- $50 Per Every Office Key Issued & Not Returned (If Applicable)
- $30 for Lockable Filing Cabinet Key & Not Returned (If Applicable)
- Outstanding Printing Fees (If Applicable)
Members can cancel their membership, regardless of their tier and term, with at minimum a 30-day notice.
Any cancellations will not be able to regain their previous membership terms once the last date of their 30-day notice has passed. A member would need to begin a new Membership, along with new terms, as applicable.
For a cancellation of a term membership, that has not completed the full term the final payment will include the 30-Day cancellation and an additional month of the set Monthly Membership Fees. The only exception to this would be a cancellation close to the end of their term length, in which case the additional month of the set Monthly Membership Fees would be prorated to reflect the difference.
Upon cancellation previous Specials and Grandfathered prices will not carry over from the previous Membership Agreement unless the member chooses to continue their current membership by the last date of their 30-day notice.

F. Dedicated Desk Failed Payments
Membership monthly fees are based upon negotiations prior to joining, they are non-negotiable without a 30-day written notice of the specific changes being made, based upon the agreed upon term length. All memberships are due on the 1st of each month that an account is active.
If a payment fails on the 1st our system will automatically attempt to collect the payment on the 2nd, 5th and 8th of the month. There are no exceptions to the payment scheduled, with the exception of Members who have paid ahead of time for the term of their membership.
Members have the ability to update their account information through the Member Portal at nuvodeskarlington.spaces.nexudus.com after logging into their account. If a member has any questions on methods of payment that are accepted please contact the NuvoDesk Office Team either within business hours or at office@nuvodesk.com for after hours questions.
Upon the first failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your payment.
Upon the second failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your payment.
Upon the third failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your payment. When the payment has failed for a third time your account will be suspended from access to your mail that has been delivered, access to your Dedicated Desk and full access to the building and all amenities and services we provide. There will be a nonrefundable $50 “Failed Payment Fee” attached to your membership.
In order to bring your account active again and regain access to the building, offices and services included within your membership you will need to bring your account current, including paying the $50 “Failed Payment Fee” attached to your membership.
Upon the fourth and final failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your final billing for your account and that your membership has been downgraded to Community Member access.
When the payment has failed for the fourth and final time your account will be suspended from all access to your Virtual Mail service that has been delivered, any current and subsequent mail in NuvoDesk possession will be marked at “Return to Sender” by the 15th of the month, should not payment have been received by then.
When the payment has failed for the fourth and final time your account will be suspended from all access to your Dedicated Desk and full access to the building and all amenities and services we provide. Upon this occurring the items in the Dedicated Desk will be held until the end of month of the failed payments, until the full past due balance is paid.
If payment for your Dedicated Desk is not received by until the end of month of the failed payments, until the full past due balance is paid by end of the NuvoDesk business day your account will no longer be able to be reactivated and your deposit is no longer refundable and all items in your Dedicated Desk will be seized for 30 days, unless and until the full past due balance is paid.
For a Dedicated Desk Membership on their account they will be required to pay a $50 “Account Reactivation Fee”, in addition to their monthly dues and their nonrefundable $50 “Failed Payment Fee” in order for their account to become active and resume their Dedicated Desk membership.
If payment is not received by the 30th, Member will then be responsible for miscellaneous fees listed including but not limited to:
$50 Per Every Office Key Issued (If Applicable)
$30 for Lockable Filing Cabinet Key (If Applicable)
Outstanding Printing Fees (If Applicable)
However, it will be NuvoDesk staff’s sole discretion to allow a Member to continue membership with NuvoDesk. It will also be NuvoDesk’s sole discretion to allow a previous Member to do business at NuvoDesk with other members. All late fees are subject to increase from time to time at NuvoDesk sole discretion.

G. Dedicated Desk Revocation Policy
Upon revocation of violating NuvoDesk Policies the Primary Account Holder of the Membership will be provided with documentation of the offenses, including pictures, physical proof and all communications in regard to the revocation of the Dedicated Desk membership.
After providing you with reasonable notice of 5 Business Days to remove all Dedicated Desk Office Occupant items from the Dedicated Desk Office Space, returning all issued Dedicated Desk Office keys and cabinet keys, we will be entitled to dispose of any property remaining in or on the Dedicated Desk Office Space or Premises after the termination or expiration of this Agreement and will not have any obligation to store such property, and you waive any claims or demands regarding such property or our handling or disposal of such property.
You will be responsible for paying any remaining fees reasonably incurred by us regarding such removal, including remaining fees for membership and Dedicated Desk Office Space items that have not been returned or damaged.
We have no implied obligations as a trustee, and you hereby safeguard us of any claims of any third parties in respect of such property. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, we will not forward or hold mail or other packages delivered to us.
Upon revocation of the Dedicated Desk membership the refundable security deposit is forfeited, the member will still be responsible for any remaining fees and they will not be deducted from the balance of the deposit upon revocation of the Dedicated Desk membership.
XI. Private Office Policies
A. Private Office Occupant List Policy
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your list of Employees on the NuvoDesk Member Portal and to NuvoDesk management, all requests for any changes to the occupant must come from the Main Account Holder’s email on file to office@nuvodesk.com.
Only those individuals included on the Private Office Occupant List can be attached to the Main Account Holder and will be deemed to be “Members”. It is not permitted to go over the capacity of the chosen Office space.
Any additional occupants that cannot be listed upon the Private Office Occupant List are required to obtain a Shared Desk Membership to gain 24/7 access to Premises or the member has the ability to increase their office size, based upon the available office space. We reserve the right to further limit the number of Members allowed at any point.
If an office has run out of occupant space for their office NuvoDesk management will offer a variety of solutions on the options available to accommodate all of their employees.
If a member is caught violating the Private Office Occupant List Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Private Office Occupant List Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership they will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
B. Private Office Deposit
We will return the Refundable Private Office Deposit after deducting outstanding fees and other costs due to us, with the remaining balance being the amount that will be refunded. Deposits are returned within 30 days of the last day of the membership.
Return of the Refundable Deposit is also subject to your complete performance of all your obligations under this Agreement, including full satisfaction of your Membership Fee Obligations and any additional obligations applicable following termination or expiration of this Agreement.
C. Private Office Access
If a membership agreement begins to allow access to the building within NuvoDesk regular business hours the tenant is able to move into the space beginning at 9:00am on the first date of their Membership Term. In order to gain access to the Private Office space you are required to have paid your deposit and your first month of your Membership Dues. All of the details must have been agreed to and completed prior to becoming a member of NuvoDesk.
If we provide you with access to your Private Office for any period of time prior to your Start Date, during such period you and your Employees/Staff shall be fully subject to the terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether we choose to charge you the Membership Fee during this time. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your list of Employees on the NuvoDesk Member Portal and to NuvoDesk management, all requests for any changes to the occupant must come from the Main Account Holder’s email on file to office@nuvodesk.com.

D. Private Office Move In
If a membership agreement begins to allow access to the building within NuvoDesk regular business hours the tenant is able to move into the space beginning at 9:00am on the first date of their Membership Term. E. Private Office Move Out
Upon Move Out the Main Account Holder of the Private Office is required to provide all the office keys provided to every Private Office Occupant, all cabinet keys, in addition to their Private Office Move In & Out Form and attaching pictures as needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your list of Employees on the NuvoDesk Member Portal and to NuvoDesk management, all requests for any changes to the occupant must come from the Main Account Holder’s email on file to office@nuvodesk.com.
NuvoDesk Management will have only provided keys and access to the individuals listed on the Private Office Occupant List. If a member who is not listed on the Private Occupant List is given access by one of the Occupants of the office and is left unattended by that Occupant this will be seen as a violation of the Private Office Occupant List Policy.
If your last day is on the weekend please turn in your keys to the front by 5:00pm after that point you will no longer have access to NuvoDesk coworking, if you are moved out within normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, or deposit your office key into the drop box next to our front desk.
The Main Account Holder for the Private Office will then be responsible for miscellaneous fees listed including but not limited to:
- $50 Per Every Office Key Issued & Not Returned (If Applicable)
- $30 for Lockable Filing Cabinet Key & Not Returned (If Applicable)
- Outstanding Printing Fees (If Applicable)
Members can cancel their membership, regardless of their tier and term, with at minimum a 30-day notice.
Any cancellations will not be able to regain their previous membership terms once the last date of their 30-day notice has passed. A member would need to begin a new Membership, along with new terms, as applicable.
For a cancellation of a term membership, that has not completed the full term the final payment will include the 30-Day cancellation and an additional month of the set Monthly Membership Fees. The only exception to this would be a cancellation close to the end of their term length, in which case the additional month of the set Monthly Membership Fees would be prorated to reflect the difference.

G. Private Office Failed Payments
Membership monthly fees are based upon negotiations prior to joining, they are non-negotiable without a 30-day written notice of the specific changes being made, based upon the agreed upon term length. All memberships are due on the 1st of each month that an account is active.
If a payment fails on the 1st our system will automatically attempt to collect the payment on the 2nd, 5th and 8th of the month. There are no exceptions to the payment scheduled, with the exception of Members who have paid ahead of time for the term of their membership.
Members have the ability to update their account information through the Member Portal at nuvodeskarlington.spaces.nexudus.com after logging into their account. If a member has any questions on methods of payment that are accepted please contact the NuvoDesk Office Team either within business hours or at office@nuvodesk.com for after hours questions.
Upon the first failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your payment.
Upon the second failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your payment.
Upon the third failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your payment. When the payment has failed for a third time your account will be suspended from access to your mail that has been delivered, access to your Private Office and full access to the building and all amenities and services we provide. There will be a nonrefundable $50 “Failed Payment Fee” attached to your membership.
In order to bring your account active again and regain access to the building, offices and services included within your membership you will need to bring your account current, including paying the $50 “Failed Payment Fee” attached to your membership.
Upon the fourth and final failed payment you will receive an email notification from the NuvoDesk Member Portal notifying you that there is a problem processing your final billing for your account and that your membership has been downgraded to Community Member access.
When the payment has failed for the fourth and final time your account will be suspended from all access to your Virtual Mail service that has been delivered, any current and subsequent mail in NuvoDesk possession will be marked at “Return to Sender” by the 15th of the month, should not payment have been received by then.
When the payment has failed for the fourth and final time your account will be suspended from all access to your Private Office and full access to the building and all amenities and services we provide. Upon this occurring the items in the Private Office will be held until the end of month of the failed payments, until the full past due balance is paid.
If payment for your Private Office is not received by until the end of month of the failed payments, until the full past due balance is paid by end of the NuvoDesk business day your account will no longer be able to be reactivated and your deposit is no longer refundable and all items in your Private Office will be seized for 30 days, unless and until the full past due balance is paid. For a Private Office Membership on their account they will be required to pay a $50 “Account Reactivation Fee”, in addition to their monthly dues and their nonrefundable $50 “Failed Payment Fee” in order for their account to become active and resume their Private Office membership.
If payment is not received by the 30th, Member will then be responsible for miscellaneous fees listed including but not limited to:
- $50 Per Every Office Key Issued (If Applicable)
- $30 for Lockable Filing Cabinet Key (If Applicable)
- Outstanding Printing Fees (If Applicable)
However, it will be NuvoDesk staff’s sole discretion to allow a Member to continue membership with NuvoDesk. It will also be NuvoDesk’s sole discretion to allow a previous Member to do business at NuvoDesk with other members. All late fees are subject to increase from time to time at NuvoDesk sole discretion.

H. Private Office Revocation Policy
Upon revocation of violating NuvoDesk Policies the Primary Account Holder of the Membership will be provided with documentation of the offenses, including pictures, physical proof and all communications in regard to the revocation of the Private Office membership.
After providing you with reasonable notice of 5 Business Days to remove all Private Office Occupant items from the office, returning all issued Private Office keys and cabinet keys, we will be entitled to dispose of any property remaining in or on the Office Space or Premises after the termination or expiration of this Agreement and will not have any obligation to store such property, and you waive any claims or demands regarding such property or our handling or disposal of such property.
You will be responsible for paying any remaining fees reasonably incurred by us regarding such removal, including remaining fees for membership and Private Office items that have not been returned or damaged.

XII. Membership Term: Length, Cancellation & Revocation
A. Private Office Occupant List Policy
NuvoDesk Coworking provides Members with plenty of flexibility such as signing month-to-month Memberships all the way through 18-month Membership terms.
For any term length membership of 6 months, 12 months, or 18-months memberships the rate that you sign up with is guaranteed to not change within your term period. At the end of the term length, the membership will increase 3-5% from the Membership rate in the previous term.
If a member is not on a term membership, their Monthly Membership Fees are subject to an annual increase of 5% of their current monthly rate.
For an account that has a Private Corporate Office Membership only the terms agreed upon at signing will be applied, with any changes being made by the Primary Account Holder and NuvoDesk management only.
Any cancellations will not be able to regain their previous membership terms once the last date of their 30-day notice has passed. A member would need to begin a new Membership, along with new terms, as applicable.

For any members who have questions about their membership have the ability to do so by speaking with a NuvoDesk Manager through email at office@nuvodesk.com or within business hours at the NuvoDesk Front Desk.
You hereby authorize us to increase your Membership Fees, according to the Membership Term Length policy annually, with 30-Day advance written notice from NuvoDesk management. The Monthly Membership Fees will not be raised in excess of the previously agreed upon Monthly Membership Fee, whether upon signing or the previous annual increase. NuvoDesk hereby agrees that the increase will not exceed the Monthly Specials currently being run or the base price for private offices.
B. Termination By You
You may terminate your membership by providing a written 30-day notice. You must provide proper notice in order to receive a refundable deposit (if applicable), so long as there is no damage to your Office Space. Written confirmation will be sent as a reply to the changes requested, with the details of the changes. Membership changes made verbally will not be able to be honored, written communication is mandatory for all members.
C. Membership Upgrade
For any upgrades to membership, this is subject to availability for office and can be done with little to no notice. All membership upgrades must be submitted in writing to office@nuvodesk.com for documentation of your membership request.
D. Membership Downgrade
For any membership downgrades a 30-day written notice is required to office@nuvodesk.com. Written confirmation will be sent as a reply to the changes requested, with the details of the changes. Membership changes made verbally will not be able to be honored, written communication is mandatory for all members.
XIII. Additional Agreements
A. Virtual Mail Membership Policy
Virtual Mail is able to be a membership alone, or it can be added onto a Shared Desk membership. For each office space Virtual Mail will be included in the price of membership.
Each Virtual Mailbox is only able to be used with one business name, in order to receive mail for an additional business an additional Virtual Mail ID will need to be assigned for each Business Entity.
If a Member would like to receive mail for a Doing Business As (DBA) business name you will need to add-on a “Virtual Mail – DBA” for each DBA that a member would like to be able to receive mail for. Each DBA will be an additional $20 per DBA, added onto their full Monthly Fees due on the 1st of every month. In order for a member to add a DBA to a Virtual Mail ID NuvoDesk must have a copy of their Texas Assumed Name Certificate for every DBA that will be attached to their Virtual Mail ID.
Each membership is able to have an unlimited number of Virtual Mail boxes attached to their memberships. Each member is able to have an unlimited number of DBA’s attached to their Virtual Mail ID’s, with a copy of their Texas Assumed Name Certificate for every DBA that will be attached to their Virtual Mail ID.
NuvoDesk is able to receive mail and packages for Virtual Mail members. Any packages that are received must be picked up within 5 days of delivery or there will be a $5 charge for each additional day per package to be held.
For all mail received the correct Mail ID must be used, without the correct address the mail will be marked as “Return to Sender”. You will receive an email notifying you of this for each piece of mail that is incorrectly addressed, with a friendly reminder of how your address needs to work.
If a member would like to have mail forwarded there will be an additional fee depending on the frequency of forwarding. The prices for mail forwarding are per Mail ID and are listed below:
- Monthly: $10.00 monthly + postage for forwarding
- Bi-weekly: $20.00 monthly + postage for forwarding
- Weekly: $30.00 monthly + postage for forwarding
- Daily: $70.00 monthly + postage for forwarding
Payment for postage will be charged to your account for all mail being forwarded on the day that the mail is forwarded. You will receive an email detailing how many pieces of mail and where the mail is being forwarded to, any changes in the forwarding address need to be made with a minimum of 1 week notice to the frequency of mail forwarding to office@nuvodesk.com.
The schedule of Mail Forwarding for Virtual Mail is as follows, with any changes for the date if it falls on a weekend or holiday will be adjusted to the closest Business Day.
- Monthly: 1st of the month
- Bi-weekly: 1st or the 15th of the month
- Weekly: Every Friday
- Daily: Every Business Day Virtual Mail
Members may use the address of NuvoDesk Coworking as his/her/its business address and agrees to make the address format for your business the following:

In the case of NuvoDesk Coworking, & its partners forwarding mail for the Member, NuvoDesk Coworking, will not be responsible for any delay or loss of mail during the forwarding process.
NuvoDesk Coworking, will not accept any items exceeding 15 lbs in weight or if it contains any dangerous, live, or perishable goods and shall be entitled in its absolute discretion to return uncollected items or refuse to accept any quantity of items it considers unreasonable or unlawful. NuvoDesk Coworking, does not guarantee or assume responsibility for any of the services hereunder.
The Member warrants that it will not use any of the rights granted in this Agreement for any obscene, illegal, immoral, or defamatory purposes and will not in any way bring NuvoDesk Coworking into disrepute.
B. Information Technology
To utilize all the functionalities offered by us, it may be necessary to install software onto a Member’s computer, tablet, mobile device, or other electronic equipment. In addition, a Member may request that we troubleshoot problems a Member may have with respect to printing, accessing the network connection, or other issues. If we provide such services, we will not be responsible for any damage to your equipment.
C. Network Connection
NuvoDesk provides shared Internet access to Members via a wireless or wired network connection. Members wishing to implement a private wired network, NuvoDesk may allow you to install a firewall device for your exclusive access and use, subject to NuvoDesk IT approval, and you will be responsible for removal of the same. Prior to any such installation or removal, you shall coordinate with the NuvoDesk IT team to discuss the actual setup, appropriate time, manner, and means for such installation or removal, and any additional fees that may result from the request. To the extent that we incur any costs in connection with such installation or removal, which are not otherwise paid by you, we shall deduct such costs from the Refundable Deposit. You shall also be responsible for any monthly fees incurred relating to your private, secured wired network.
XIV. Waiver of Claims
To the extent permitted by law, you, on your own behalf and on behalf of your Members, employees, agents, guests, and invitees, waive any and all claims and rights against us and our affiliates, parents, and successors and each of our and their employees, assignees, officers, agents and directors (collectively, the “NuvoDesk Parties”) and our landlords at the Premises resulting from injury or damage to, or destruction, theft, or loss of, any property, person or pet, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud of the NuvoDesk Parties.
XV. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the collective monetary liability of any of the NuvoDesk Parties to you or your Members, employees, agents, guests, or invitees for any reason and for all causes of action, will not exceed the total Membership Fees paid by you to us under this Agreement in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim arising. None of the NuvoDesk Parties will be liable under any cause of action, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, reliance, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or business interruption. You acknowledge and agree that you may not commence any action or proceeding against any of the NuvoDesk Parties, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, unless the action, suit, or proceeding is commenced within one (1) year of the cause of action accrued. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, you acknowledge and agree that you shall not commence any action or proceeding against any of the NuvoDesk Parties other than the NuvoDesk Party you are directly contracting with hereunder and the assets of such entity for any amounts due or for the performance of any obligations in connection with this Agreement.
XVI. Indemnification
You will indemnify the NuvoDesk Parties from and against any and all claims, including third party claims, liabilities, and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any breach or alleged breach of this Agreement by you or your Members or your or their guests, invitees or pets or any of your or their actions or omissions, except to the extent a claim results from the gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud of the NuvoDesk Parties.
You are responsible for the actions of and all damages caused by all persons and pets that you, your Members, or your or their guests invite to enter any of the Premises, including but not limited to any vendors hired by you that enter the Premises.
You shall not make any settlement that requires a materially adverse act or admission by us or imposes any obligation upon any of the NuvoDesk Parties unless you have first obtained our or the relevant NuvoDesk Party’s written consent. None of the NuvoDesk Parties shall be liable for any obligations arising out of a settlement made without its prior written consent.
XVII. Insurance
It is at your sole discretion to provide insurance at your own expense during the Term, personal property insurance, and commercial general liability insurance covering you and your Members for property loss and damage, injury to your Members and your Members’ guests or pets, and prevention of or denial of use of or access to, all or part of the Premises, in form and amount appropriate to your business. In addition, you may consider maintaining, at your own expense during the Term, workers’ compensation insurance providing statutory benefits in accordance with the law and employer’s liability in an amount appropriate to your business.
XVIII. Pets Policy
NuvoDesk Coworking loves our members’ pets as much as we love our own, but unfortunately, we only allow service animals in NuvoDesk Coworking at this time. If you have any questions on our Pets Policy please reach out to our NuvoDesk staff at the front desk or office@nuvodesk.com.
XIX. Other Members
We do not control and are not responsible for the actions of other Member Companies, Members, or any other third parties. If a dispute arises between Member Companies, members, or their invitees or guests, we shall have no responsibility or obligation to participate, mediate or indemnify any party. Any Member involved in a dispute could be asked to leave the premises for the remainder of the day. These events could also lead to suspension or termination if NuvoDesk can accurately determine who was in the wrong by viewing our security cameras.
XX. Third Party Services
Services do not include, and we are not involved in or liable for, the provision of products or services by third parties (“Third Party Services”) that you may elect to purchase in connection with your Membership, including via the NuvoDesk Market, even if they appear on your NuvoDesk invoice. Third-Party Services are provided solely by the applicable third party (“Third Party Service Providers”) and pursuant to separate arrangements between you and the applicable Third-Party Service Providers. These Third-Party Service Providers’ terms and conditions will control with respect to the relevant Third-Party Services. By adding a Member to the Member List, you are thereby authorizing that Member to access and use the NuvoDesk Services.
XXI. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
A. Governing Law
This Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by and construed under the law of the State of Texas, U.S.A.
B. Venue
Except that either party may seek equitable or similar relief from any court of competent jurisdiction, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, or at law, or the breach, termination, or invalidity of this Agreement, that cannot be settled amicably by agreement of the parties to this Agreement shall be finally settled in accordance with the arbitration rules by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with said rules. The place of arbitration shall be Arlington, Texas, U.S.A.
C. Proceedings
The proceedings shall be confidential and in English. The award rendered shall be final and binding on both parties. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. In any action, suit, or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other relief awarded, the prevailing party’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and other fees, costs, and expenses of every kind in connection with the action, suit or proceeding, any appeal or petition for review, the collection of any award or the enforcement of any order, as determined by the arbitrator(s) or court, as applicable. This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in the English language, which is the language of the official text of this Agreement.
D. Class Action Waiver
Any proceeding to resolve or litigate any dispute in any forum will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor we will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or offers to act in a representative capacity. No proceeding will be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties to all affected proceedings. You also agree not to participate in claims brought in a private attorney general or representative capacity, or any consolidated claims involving another person’s account if we are a party to the proceeding. YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER ON ANY CLASS CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST US INCLUDING ANY RIGHT TO CLASS ARBITRATION OR ANY CONSOLIDATION OF INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATIONS.
XXII. Miscellaneous
A. Nature & Relationship with the Parties
The whole of the Premises and Office Space remains in our possession and control. Your agreement with us is a contract for the provision of services and we are giving you the right to share with us the use of the Office Space so that we can provide the Services to you. You and we agree that our relationship is not that of landlord-tenant or lessor-lessee and this Agreement in no way shall be construed as to grant you or any Member any title, easement, lien, possession, or related rights in our business, the Premises, the Office Space or anything contained in or on the Premises or Office Space. This Agreement creates no tenancy interest, leasehold estate, or other real property interest. The parties hereto shall each be independent contractors in the performance of their obligations under this Agreement, and this Agreement shall not be deemed to create a fiduciary or agency relationship, or partnership or joint venture, for any purpose. You acknowledge and agree that you are entering into this Agreement for the purposes of and in the course of your trade, business, and/or profession, and not as a consumer. Neither party will in any way misrepresent our relationship.
B. Updates to the Agreement
Except that either party may seek equitable or similar relief from any court of competent jurisdiction, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, or at law, or the breach, termination, or invalidity of this Agreement, that cannot be settled amicably by agreement of the parties to this Agreement shall be finally settled in accordance with the arbitration rules by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with said rules. The place of arbitration shall be Arlington, Texas, U.S.A.
C. Waiver
The proceedings shall be confidential and in English. The award rendered shall be final and binding on both parties. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. In any action, suit, or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other relief awarded, the prevailing party’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and other fees, costs, and expenses of every kind in connection with the action, suit or proceeding, any appeal or petition for review, the collection of any award or the enforcement of any order, as determined by the arbitrator(s) or court, as applicable. This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in the English language, which is the language of the official text of this Agreement.
D. Extraordinary Events
NuvoDesk will not be liable for, and will not be considered in default or breach of this Agreement on account of, any delay or failure to perform as required by this Agreement as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond NuvoDesk’s reasonable control, including without limitation (i) any delays or changes in construction of, or NuvoDesk’s ability to procure any space in, any Premises, and (ii) any delays or failure to perform caused by conditions under the control of our landlord at the applicable Premises.
E. Compliance with Laws
You hereby always proclaim that you and your Members have conducted and will conduct your operations ethically and in accordance with all applicable laws. You hereby represent and warrant that at all times you and your Members have conducted and will conduct your operations in accordance with all laws that prohibit commercial or public bribery and money laundering (the “Anti-Money Laundering Laws).
F. Signature
You hereby always proclaim that you and your Members have conducted and will conduct your operations ethically and in accordance with all applicable laws. You hereby represent and warrant that at all times you and your Members have conducted and will conduct your operations in accordance with all laws that prohibit commercial or public bribery and money laundering (the “Anti-Money Laundering Laws).
XXIII. Privacy Policy
A. Personal Information
NuvoDesk uses your information to customize your experience on the NuvoDesk Premises and Sites and to facilitate our interactions with you. We will also use the information to update you on news and developments at NuvoDesk as it may affect your work with us. If you simply come to NuvoDesk websites to read content, we will use information such as your URL and cookies to provide a good experience, as described above.
Except as necessary to provide services to you, NuvoDesk staff do not typically take note of your personal information; the information is mainly stored on or by our computers, computer networks, servers, tools, and systems. We share only the information necessary for third parties to provide the intended products and services. In some cases, the applications or user interfaces you encounter while on our sites are managed by third parties, who may require that you provide your personal information and who have assured us of their compliance with applicable laws.
B. No Sale or Leasing of Your Information
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. We will not sell or lease your personal information to any third party. We may disclose aggregate demographic and statistical information with our business partners; this information is not specific to the identification of you as an individual.
C. How Long We Retain Your Information
We keep your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide services to you, and for as long as your Membership with NuvoDesk is active. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
D. Additional Reasons Why We May Gather, Use, Disclose, & Store Personal Information

We endeavor to protect the personal information we receive, gather and store, by such means as password protection, firewalls, encryption, and other means.

You hereby always proclaim that you and your Members have conducted and will conduct your operations ethically and in accordance with all applicable laws. You hereby represent and warrant that at all times you and your Members have conducted and will conduct your operations in accordance with all laws that prohibit commercial or public bribery and money laundering (the “Anti-Money Laundering Laws).
G. Consent to Receive Email Communications
We may from time to time send you email communications regarding our business, products, or services in response to your use of the NuvoDesk Office Space or Sites, and by providing your email address, you consent to receive such communications. Where required by law, we will request that you opt-in (consent) to receive such communications from us before sending you such information. You may opt-out of receiving such communications by contacting us at office@nuvodesk.com or by using the unsubscribe link(s) in emails we send you.
H. How to Contact Us Regarding Your Personal Information
If you wish to discuss what personal information we may have pertaining to you, or the handling or potential disclosure of the same, or you wish to withdraw consent regarding these matters or to ask us to delete your personal information, you may contact us at office@nuvodesk.com.
XXIV. Wireless Networking Acceptable Use Policy
The wireless network service is provided by the property owners and is completely at their discretion. Your access to the network may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason.
You agree not to use the wireless network for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited and you are fully responsible for your use. We may bring legal action to enjoin violations of this Policy and/or to collect damages, if any, caused by violations.
The wireless network is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Accessing another person’s computer, computer account, files, or data without permission is prohibited.
Users are responsible for ensuring they are running up-to-date anti-virus software on their wireless devices.
The user will not access websites which contain material that is grossly offensive to us, including clear expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred.
The user hereby releases the Company from liability for any loss, damage, security infringement, or injury which the user may sustain as a result of being allowed access to the Service. The user agrees to be solely responsible for any such loss, infringement, damage, or injury.
Creating or running programs that are designed to identify security loopholes, decrypt intentionally secured data, or gain unauthorized access to any system is prohibited. Using any means to decode or otherwise obtain restricted passwords or access control information is prohibited. Forging the identity of a user or machine in an electronic communication is prohibited. Saturating network or computer resources to the exclusion of another’s use, for example, by overloading the network with traffic such as emails or legitimate (file backup or archive) or malicious (denial of service attack) activity, is prohibited.
We reserve the right to change the Service offered, the features of the Service offered, the terms of this Policy, or its system without notice to the user.
XXVI. NuvoDesk House Rules
A. Guest Policy
If you are expecting someone at NuvoDesk, please be advised that all business associates, guests, visitors, friends, family members, and children must be checked in at the front desk kiosk upon their arrival. We have an iPad they can use to check-in and it will text you to confirm that they are registered as a guest.
Guests must be accompanied by members at all times. Guests are not able to be working or unattended in the Shared Desk area, Dedicated Desk Office Space, Private Office Space, Conference Rooms, or Video Production Room without the member they are guests of at all times.
NuvoDesk Coworking is a professional work environment. For liability reasons, we always ask that all children be accompanied by an adult on the property at all times.
Do not, under any circumstance, let anyone whom you do not know in the building. If they are a Member, they should use the SaltoKS app for access if they have an active membership with us. It is a violation as well as a breach of security to leave the front doors of NuvoDesk propped open for any reason.
The member will take full responsibility. If a Member’s Guest becomes intoxicated, NuvoDesk reserves the right to ask that person to leave the premises and call the Arlington Police Department if the need arises. The members will take full responsibility for all of their guests who do not have a membership with NuvoDesk.
If a guest is going to be at NuvoDesk and joining a Member in a Shared Desk area, Dedicated Desk Office Space, Private Office Space, Conference Room, or Video Production Room for longer than a half-day period, a Day Pass will be required to be provided for the guest for the duration of their stay.
If a member is caught violating the Guest Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account; for a second violation, they will receive a written email reminding them of the Guest Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. Any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
B. Common Area Kitchen & Food Rules
We want to work together to keep our Common Area Kitchen as clean as possible at all times. We provide a dish brush, strainers, dish soap, and disinfecting wipes to help do your part to keep our common areas tidy for all of our NuvoDesk coworkers.
All plates, bowls, coffee mugs, cups, wine glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils must be rinsed and clean, prior to placing them in the Common Area Kitchen dishwashers after use. Use the dishwashers that are marked “DIRTY” for rinsed dishware, silverware, and cooking ware. Do not open any dishwashers that are marked as “RUNNING” to not stop the dish cleaning cycle.
There is no garbage disposal in the Common Area Kitchen sink. Please scrape all excess food into trash cans located in the Common Area Kitchen before loading dirty dishes into the dishwasher marked “DIRTY”.
Please be respectful of your fellow coworkers at NuvoDesk, only eat the food that is your own, for any food that you are eating with a strong odor please consume your food in another area other than the Common Kitchen & Dining Area.
All members and guests are welcome to use plates, bowls, coffee mugs, cups, wine glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils from the NuvoDesk Common Kitchen Area.
Plates and bowls are on the island in front of the fridge. Coffee mugs, cups, and wine glasses are located on the shelves about the sink. Silverware is located beneath the microwave and toaster oven. Cooking utensils can be found in the drawer beneath the Keurig and coffee urn.
We have an ice machine available for all members and guests to use. You can find it located below microwaves in the Common Kitchen & Dining Area. After using the scoop for ice please do not place the ice scoop in ice, replace it back in the holder on the wall directly next to the ice machine.
The refrigerators will be cleaned and emptied each Friday. Please remove any items that belong to you, any food that has been left in a food storage container and/or lunch bag will be emptied and placed in the Common Kitchen & Dining Area Lost & Found.
Any items that have developed any form of mold in them will be disposed of immediately, regardless of the day of the week to maintain a safe, clean environment for all guests and members at all times.
C. Complimentary Beverages & Food Policy
NuvoDesk provides freshly made coffee, tea, and lemonade to all members and guests Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We also provide complimentary wine and beer to all guests and members over the age of 21, Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. All members and guests are welcome to have some fruit that is in our silver fruit basket, in front of our Common Kitchen Area fridges.
After and during normal business hours and on the weekend all members and guests are welcome to use the Keurig to make tea or coffee. We also have tea bags available to make freshly brewed tea using Hot Water from the Curtis machine, located to the left of the Keurig machine.
For members and guests who would like filtered water, we offer a Kangen machine located on the left side of the sink.

D. Coworking Cleanliness Rules
If you accidentally have a spill on the floor or carpet, notify staff immediately. If it’s after hours or the weekend please do your best to clean it up, and send our NuvoDesk staff an email to office@nuvodesk.com.
Private Offices have the option of adding Light Janitorial Services onto their membership, for an additional fee. Our Light Janitorial Services include dusting of desk spaces, cleaning of the interior glass walls in the office space, vacuuming, and removal of trash in the trash can. The fees will vary based upon the size of the office, please see the Front Desk for more details.
All Private Offices may take their trash to the East and West Side stairwell trash cans. For our private offices, we also have our cleaning crew coming around once a day, Monday through Friday, to offer to take your trash to the stairwell trash cans if you are in your office at the time. The trash cans in the stairwells and NuvoDesk Common Areas are taken out daily, Monday through Friday. Please be mindful and ensure all food-related trash items go to the Common Area Kitchen trash cans over the weekend, to reduce the chance of pests.
We ask that Members take large trash items (i.e. boxes) to the dumpster, all boxes must be broken down prior to being placed in the dumpster. The dumpsters are located in the back of the building, to access please open the gate doors to enter the enclosed area to get to the dumpster.
We can provide a vacuum available for our private offices to use. Please check in with the Front Desk at NuvoDesk to see what vacuums are available.

E. Printing, Copying & Scanning Services Policy
Printing Services are provided at an additional fee for guests and members. Printing Services include copying, printing, and scanning.
Members have the option of adding printing to their monthly fees. All printing fees will currently be a retroactive charge for the previous month. Upon cancellation, every member is still responsible for any remaining printing charge they have accumulated.
All printing charges will be charged to the main account holder on file, each member that is added to their account is able to print. Printing charges will be emailed to the main account holder for their reference, in addition to having the charges be added to their account.
For all members who choose to print or scan the following fees will be applied, based on the account’s printer activity.

All technical issues will be addressed during normal business hours. Please send an email with a description of the issue you are experiencing to office@nuvodesk.com, and we will have our IT Team resolve it the following business day.
F. Wellness Room Rules
This is a space meant for quiet recharging and privacy for only one individual only at a time. For our members who are working hard to build their business, they can use the wellness room for a power nap, a private place to meditate, or simply collect their thoughts. This is also a room for nursing mothers who need the privacy to pump and provide for their newest addition to their family.
There is only one person allowed in the wellness room at all times. If at any time the Wellness Room is occupied by two or more persons, this is a direct violation of your membership agreement and could lead to revocation of your membership.
Please limit your time in the wellness room to 1-hour maximum at a time, out of respect for your fellow coworkers. During your time in the Wellness Room please close and lock the door with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on it. When you exit the wellness room please leave it in the state that you found it, do not forget to prop it open with the doorstop so that Members know it is vacant.
If a member is caught violating the Wellness Room Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Wellness Room Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
G. Conference Rooms Policy
Conference Rooms are available for members to use, whether included in their membership or paid separately. Memberships are non-transferable. The member must be present during the booked time and is responsible for any damages or losses.

To book a Conference Room, use the member portal at nuvodeskarlington.spaces.nexudus.com Once booked, the door can be unlocked using Salto KS 15 minutes prior to your booking time. Access to the conference room on Salto KS will be removed 15 minutes after your booking ends.
Food and Drink Policy:
- No hot foods allowed.
- Dispose of all food and trash in the Common Area Kitchen.
- Do not leave personal items behind. A $50 cleaning fee applies for violations
Respect and Compliance:
- Cancel bookings if not needed. No refund will be provided for unused bookings.
- First violation: Verbal warning documented.
- Second violation: Written email reminder.
- Third violation: Membership revocation. Corporate membership violations will be communicated to the main account holder.
H. Wi-Fi Policy
Upon sign-up members will be provided with the information for the NuvoDesk Tenant Wi-fi, this is only for the use of current members of NuvoDesk.
If a member brings a guest or visitor and wishes to give them access to the Wi-fi, the NuvoDesk Guest Wi-fi can be found at the NuvoDesk Front Desk. For any questions, comments, and concerns please address them to the NuvoDesk team either during business hours or to office@nuvodesk.com.
Guests are not allowed to have access to the NuvoDesk Tenant Wi-fi, members are responsible for ensuring that their guests only have access to the NuvoDesk Guest Wi-fi.
The Wi-Fi password for our Guest and Tenant network will be updated quarterly.
If a member is caught violating the Wi-fi Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the Wi-fi Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder.
I. NuvoMarket Policy
We provide an honest market for our members and guests to enjoy with normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our Square point of sale system only accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Cards, or Debit Cards, no cash is able to be accepted for purchases.
We have respect for all of our members and our guests and expect all of our members and guests to purchase their items upon taking them from our market. We regularly take inventory to ensure we have a good stock of items for our members and guests to enjoy. If we find that a member or guest has taken any items from our NuvoMarket we will follow the steps below to maintain the integrity of our honest market.
Please keep in mind you are on camera with our NuvoMarket so please smile at it!
If a member is caught violating the NuvoMarket Place Policy of NuvoDesk that member will receive a verbal warning for the first violation that will be documented on their account, for a second violation they will receive a written email reminding them of the NuvoMarket Place Policy of NuvoDesk, and a third violation will result in their membership being revoked. For any member that is attached to a corporate membership will have any violations communicated to the main account holder. If a member or guest refuses to complete the purchase of any items within 24 hours of the incident their membership will be revoked.
