Whether your corporate event is formal or casual, you can be sure it will be a success at NuvoDesk where our experienced staff will ensure that your occasion runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

You’ll have plenty of room to set up tables and chairs, stations, buffet tables, and more. With 6 set-ups to choose from, you can rent the room by the hour, a half-day, or a full day, including nights and weekends.

The NuvoDesk Event Space can accommodate up to 110 people in our 1083 sq. ft. space and is conveniently located in Arlington, TX.

Our affordable event center is perfect for just about any corporate or social function, like: Conferences, Training classes, Office parties, Networking events, Fundraising events, Vendor events, Banquets, Ceremonies, and More!



*Amenities (tea, coffee, lemonade, and fruit) are available for members only. If you would like to offer amenities to your guest, it is an additional $2.00/person.

Event Space Add-Ons: 120″ Linens $23/ea, 90×132″ Linens $25/ea, and Wine or Mimosa services $10/person (maximum 2 drinks per person).

Audio/Visual Add-Ons: Podium $40, Sound System (Two speakers) $80, Microphone & Stand (Handheld) $40. Flip Chart (Flip chart easel, flip chart pad, and markers) $45, and White Board (48×36 Double sides rolling dry erase board, dry erase markers, and one eraser) $25.

FAQs
1Can an event be after 5:00 pm or on the weekend?
Yes, if an event takes place after 5:00 pm or on the weekend, there will be an additional $100 fee to ensure NuvoDesk staff support for the event.
2Can I change the layout of my event?
All event layouts must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the event date.
3Will we be able to set up candles in the event space?
No, open flames are allowed on the premise.
4Are we allowed to bring our own alcohol?
No, outside alcohol is prohibited. Please see our bar package if you would like to provide alcohol to your guest. NuvoDesk must be notified at least 2 weeks in advance.
5When is the full payment deadline?
Events must be paid in full 5 days prior to the event date. There are no refunds.
6Can I setup my company event banner?
No, taping to the walls is not allowed. Free-standing signs are allowed both inside and outside.
7Are we allowed to bring our own food?
Yes! Food/catering is allowed in the event space but must be approved by management. All vendors must be approved by management at least 5 days prior to the event date.
8Will we be able to bring personal items?
Yes! However, all items brought on the property must leave on the same day. Anything left behind will be discarded.
9Does the time of my event include setting up the space?
No, your event does not include set up or breakdown of the space.
10If I cancel my event, will I get a refund?
No. Once you book and pay, it is non-refundable. We will, however, credit your account.
