You’ll have plenty of room to set up tables and chairs, stations, buffet tables, and more. With 6 set-ups to choose from, you can rent the room by the hour, a half-day, or a full day, including nights and weekends. 

The NuvoDesk Event Space can accommodate up to 150 people in our 1560 sq. ft. space and is conveniently located in Arlington, TX.

Our affordable event center is perfect for just about any corporate or social function, like: Conferences, Training classes, Office parties, Networking events, Fundraising events, Vendor events, Banquets, Ceremonies, More!

Event Space Add Ons: 120″ Linens $23/ea, 90×132″ Linens $25/ea, and Wine or Mimosa services $10/person (maximum 2 drins per person).

Audio/Visual Add Ons: Podium $40, Sound System (Two speakers) $80, Microphone & Stand (Handheld) $40. Flip Chart (Flip chart easel, flip chart pad, and markers) $45, and White Board (48×36 Double sides rolling dry erase board, dry erase markers, and one eraser) $25.

Yes, if an event takes place after 5:00pm or on the weekend, there will be an additional $100 fee to ensure NuvoDesk staff support for the event,

All event layouts must be confirmed at least 3 day prior to the event date.

No, opened flames are allowed on the premise.

No, outside alcohol is prohibited. Please see our bar package if you would like to provide alcohol to your guest. NuvoDesk must be notified at least 2 weeks in advance.

Events must be paid in full 5 days prior to the event date. There are no refunds.

No, taping to the walls are not allowed. Free standing signs are allowed both inside and outside.

Yes! Food/catering is allowed in the event space, but must be approved by management. All vendors must be approved by management at least 5 day prior to the event date.

Yes! However, all items brought on the property must leave the same day. Anything left behind will be discarded.

No, your event does not include setup or breakdown of the space.
