NuvoDesk Coworking is committed to providing transparency and consistency in managing membership cancellations. This policy outlines the procedures, notice requirements, and applicable fees to ensure fairness for members while maintaining operational stability for NuvoDesk.
Notice Period Requirements
Private Office Memberships
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel.
Shared Desk and Virtual Mail Memberships
Members must provide a 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
Membership Add-Ons
Add-ons such as Unlimited Podcast and Unlimited Production Room require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.

Members may submit cancellation requests via:
Cancellation for Corporate Accounts
Corporate memberships can only be terminated by the primary account holder.
Removing individual team members from corporate accounts requires written notice from the primary account holder.
Early Termination of Fixed-Term Agreements
Members who terminate a fixed-term or long-term agreement prior to the contract’s expiration may be subject to early termination fees.
Early termination terms, including applicable fees or settlement amounts, are determined at the sole discretion of NuvoDesk and may consider factors such as the remaining contract term, membership history, reason for termination, and overall relationship.
In some cases, NuvoDesk may offer a buyout option, which may include but is not limited to a fixed number of months’ fees or a percentage of the remaining contract value.
Any early termination agreement must be confirmed in writing by NuvoDesk management. Verbal discussions or member-initiated notices do not constitute approval of modified terms.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for:
Prepaid months beyond the required notice period.
Non-refundable fees include:
- One-time setup fees
- Administrative fees
- Unused add-ons
Proration Rules
Mid-cycle cancellations: Members canceling mid-billing cycle will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month.
Upgrades/Downgrades: Prorated refunds or charges apply when changing membership levels mid-cycle.

Membership Suspension Options
NuvoDesk does not offer membership suspension.
Members who wish to discontinue membership must follow the Cancellation Policy to terminate their account.
To regain access, former members must re-enroll under current membership terms and rates.
Violation-Based Cancellations
If a membership is terminated due to a policy violation (e.g., Guest Policy or Community Policy breaches):
No refunds will be issued for unused time or prepaid months.
Rejoining After Cancellation
Former members wishing to rejoin NuvoDesk may do so if they meet the following conditions:
Account Standing
- The member’s account must be in good standing.
- Any past due balance must be paid in full prior to reactivation.
Membership Terms
- Reactivated memberships will be subject to current terms, conditions, and rates.
- Previous pricing, promotions, or access privileges may not apply.
Rejoining After Cancellation
Former members wishing to rejoin NuvoDesk may do so if they meet the following conditions:

Cancellation of Add-Ons
Add-ons (e.g., Virtual Mail, Virtual Phone, Live Answering Service) must be canceled separately from the primary membership.
30-day notice period applies based on the associated membership type.
Special Circumstances
Members may request case-by-case exceptions (e.g., medical emergencies or relocation) by:
- Submit a written request with supporting documentation.
- Approval is at the sole discretion of NuvoDesk management.
