This Membership and Add-Ons Policy defines the terms, conditions, and features associated with all NuvoDesk membership types and optional add-on services. It ensures clarity for members, sets expectations for benefits and responsibilities, and outlines procedures for utilizing memberships and add-ons effectively.
Scope
This policy applies to all members of NuvoDesk, including but not limited to:
- Private Office Memberships
- Shared Desk Memberships
- Dedicated Desk Memberships
- Virtual Mail Memberships
It also governs optional services, such as Virtual Mail enhancements, conference room packages, and other add-ons.
Membership Types
NuvoDesk offers a variety of membership options designed to accommodate the unique needs of businesses and professionals. Each membership type provides access to specific services and amenities to enhance productivity, networking, and convenience.
Private Office Memberships
Private Office Memberships provide members with exclusive, enclosed office spaces that support a professional and secure working environment.
Features:
- 24/7 access for members and listed occupants
- Complimentary Virtual Mail services included
- Monthly allotment of conference room hours (varies by office size)
- Full access to NuvoDesk amenities and shared spaces, including:
- Common Lounge Areas
- Kitchen and Dining Area
- Phone Booths
- Collaboration Areas
- Wellness Room
- Discounted rates on additional conference room and production room usage
Ideal For:
- Businesses or teams requiring a private, dedicated workspace
- Professionals who need a secure environment for meetings and client interactions
Shared Desk Memberships
Shared Desk Memberships offer flexible access to NuvoDesk’s communal coworking spaces, catering to individuals who need an adaptable workspace without long-term commitments.
Features:
- 24/7 access to communal workspaces
- Discounted hourly rates for:
- Conference rooms
- Media rooms and production spaces (e.g., podcast or video rooms)
- Access to all NuvoDesk shared spaces and amenities
Ideal For:
- Freelancers, remote workers, and individuals seeking a collaborative workspace
- Members who do not require a private office but value flexibility and networking opportunities
Dedicated Desk Memberships
Dedicated Desk Memberships are ideal for professionals who prefer a reserved workspace in a shared environment with added personal storage options.

- Reserved desk in a shared coworking area
- Additional storage options (e.g., filing cabinets)
- 24/7 access included
- Discounted hourly rates for:
- Conference rooms
- Media rooms and production spaces (e.g., podcast or video rooms)
- Access to all NuvoDesk shared spaces and amenities

Virtual Mail Memberships
Virtual Mail Memberships are designed for remote professionals or businesses that require a professional mailing address without access to a physical office.
Features:
- Professional business address for mail handling and package reception
- Access to the Virtual Mail platform for mail and package management
- Optional services, such as mail forwarding and shredding
Building Access:
- Virtual Mail Members do not have regular access to the building.
- Temporary access is granted only for booked resources, such as conference rooms, during the reservation time.

- Those who require mail and package management services without needing physical office space

Discounts
NuvoDesk members receive exclusive discounts on additional services:
- Event Space Rentals – Reduced rates for workshops, seminars, or private events
- Day Passes – Discounts for guests or extended usage
- Conference Rooms – Discounted hourly rates beyond complimentary hours
Complimentary Services
- Virtual Mail Services – Included in all Private Office memberships
- Mail Handling – Secure reception and management of letters and small parcels
- Printing & Scanning – Complimentary or discounted options depending on membership type
Add-Ons
NuvoDesk provides optional add-ons to further enhance your membership experience.
Virtual Mail Services
- Available to Shared Desk members and above
- Includes professional business address, mail handling, and access to the Virtual Mail platform
- Included in Private Office memberships; additional charges apply for other membership types
Virtual Phone Service
- $20/month per line
- Includes a dedicated business phone number, call forwarding, and voicemail services
Live Answering Service
- Starting at $99/month
- Features live operators to answer business calls, call screening, and message forwarding
Unlimited Conference Room Package
- Exclusively available to Private Office members
- Provides unlimited access to conference rooms (subject to availability and prior reservation)
Unlimited Media & Podcast Package
- Optional add-on for Private Office members
- Unlimited access to Media and Podcast Rooms for recording and production
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
Private Logo Office
- Available to Private Office members
- Custom office door logo installation
- Pricing:
- $50 per logo installation (minimum order requirements apply)
- Rush orders available for an additional $200
Upgrade and Downgrade Procedures
Upgrading Your Membership
- Eligibility: All members can request an upgrade at any time.
- Notice Period: 24-hour notice required.
- New Agreement: Members must sign a new Membership Agreement reflecting the upgraded terms.
Downgrading Your Membership
- Eligibility: Members may request a downgrade with 30 days’ written notice.
- Billing Adjustments: Changes take effect at the end of the notice period.
Payment Terms for Memberships and Add-Ons
Billing Cycles
- Memberships and add-ons are billed monthly or annually.
- Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Late Payment Policy
- Late fee of $50 after a 5-day grace period.
- Failed payment fee of $25 after 3 days.
- Account suspension after 10 days of overdue balance.
Cancellation and Suspension
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days’ written notice required.
- Final billing occurs during the notice period.
Suspension Policy
- Memberships may be suspended for up to 90 days (subject to approval).
