This Virtual Mail Membership Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for all Virtual Mail services provided by NuvoDesk Coworking. By subscribing to any Virtual Mail plan, members agree to comply with this policy and any applicable terms outlined in related documents.

Membership Options

NuvoDesk offers three Virtual Mail plans designed to suit the unique needs of businesses. Explore and select the plan that works best for you today at nuvodesk.com.

Here’s an overview of each plan:

Virtual Business Starter ($29.99/month):
  • Complimentary mail handling: 50 items/month
  • Complimentary letter scanning: 5 items/month
  • Complimentary shredding: 10 items/month
  • Additional mail: $0.50 per item after 50 items/month
  • Mail storage: $0.50 per item/month
  • Conference Room Discount: 10% OFF (access extra)
  • Day Pass Discount: $10 OFF
Virtual Business Plus ($59.99/month):
  • Complimentary mail handling: 100 items/month
  • Complimentary letter scanning: 20 items/month
  • Complimentary shredding: 50 items/month
  • Additional mail: $0.40 per item after 100 items/month
  • Mail storage: $0.25 per item/month
  • Conference Room Discount: 10% OFF (1 free day pass/month)
  • Day Pass Discount: $10 OFF
Virtual Business Premium ($129.99/month):
  • Complimentary mail handling: 1000 items/month
  • Complimentary letter scanning: 100 items/month
  • Complimentary shredding: 100 items/month
  • Additional mail: $0.30 per item after 1000 items/month
  • Mail storage: $0.15 per item/month
  • Conference Room Discount: 20% OFF (includes 4 free hours/month)
  • Day Pass Access: 3 days/month with 20% OFF additional passes

Grandfathered Pricing

  • Members enrolled in Virtual Mail services under previous pricing structures are considered "grandfathered."
  • Grandfathered members will continue to be billed at their original rates and retain existing plan features unless they upgrade to a current plan.
  • Additional services not included in the grandfathered plan will be billed at current rates.

Private Office Members

  • Virtual Mail services are included in Private Office memberships, offering complimentary mail handling.
  • Private Office members can use NuvoDesk’s address as their business address at no additional cost.

Virtual Mail Management

  • All Virtual Mail services are managed through NuvoDesk’s Virtual Mail platform at virtualservices.nuvodesk.com.
  • Members can log in to review mail, request forwarding, and manage their accounts.

Business Name Registration

  • Each Virtual Mailbox can only be assigned to one business name.
  • Additional businesses require the purchase of separate Virtual Mail IDs.

Mail and Package Handling

Mail Handling:

NuvoDesk will accept mail and small packages within the limits of the member’s plan.

Storage Fees:
  • Mail items not collected within 30 days are subject to storage fees:
    • Starter: $0.50 per item/month
    • Plus: $0.25 per item/month
    • Premium: $0.15 per item/month
  • Packages exceeding 30 days of storage will incur a fee of $5 per item per pound/kilogram.
Prohibited Items:
  • NuvoDesk will not accept:
    • Items over 15 lbs.
    • Dangerous, live, or perishable goods.

Address Accuracy

Members must use the following format to ensure proper delivery:

  • Mail without the correct address format will be marked “Return to Sender,” and members will receive email notifications.

Mail Forwarding

  • Letter Forwarding: $4–$6 per item + postage (depending on the plan).
  • Package Forwarding: $4–$6 per item + postage (depending on the plan).
  • Forwarding requests are processed the next business day.
  • Address changes must be submitted at least one week before the next forwarding request via email to office@nuvodesk.com.

Additional Services (Optional)

Members can add the following services directly through the Virtual Mail Platform at virtualservices.nuvodesk.com:

  • Virtual Phone: $20/month
  • Live Answering Service: Starting at $99/month

These additional services are designed to enhance your business operations and can be activated at any time through your account dashboard.

Limitations and Liability

  • NuvoDesk is not responsible for:
    • Delays, damages, or losses during the mail forwarding process.
    • Misuse of the Virtual Mail service for obscene, illegal, immoral, or defamatory purposes.
  • NuvoDesk reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for violations.
